I have always "trusted" Bioware as a game developer able to create satisfying RPG narratives. DA2 shook this belief for me (DA2 still remains uncompleted by me on my harddrive), and ME3's finale killed it.

So many typos in that sentence. Here, let me fix it for them.
"We're going to continue lying to and manipulating our customers by throwing Online Passes into all of our games that punish customers who legally buy both new and used games, even though the used games business actually helps our sales, not hurt it. We also force them to sign up with our Origin service and create tedious and unnecessary accounts in order to play our games that does nothing but put more hurdles for the gamer to jump over in order to just play a game that is supposed to be about having fun. Also, our plan to re-release the same games every year with little improvements, like our Madden series, is also a beloved marketing trick that has increasingly pleased our stock holders.
We're going to continue trying to shove free-to-play micro transactions into $60 games like we have done with Battlefield 3, as well as release $60 games that contain 3 hour campaigns, like Battlefield 3 as well. We are committed to squeezing every last dime out of our customers and making enemies out of them instead of loyal friends. We also refuse to pass any of the savings we make on digital versions of our retail games to consumers. We regularly ask them to pay anywhere from $10 to $30 MORE for a digital version of our retail games, even though we are saving a ton of money releasing them digitally.
We have gone above and beyond to make sure our customers pay as much as humanly possible. As a matter of fact, when Sony approached us about their new Vita handheld and asked us to reduce the price of our digital retail games a measly $5 like Sony and many other publishers were doing, we promptly refused because we knew that our stock holders would be unhappy. Our goal has always been to improve our relationships with the people who own our stock, and we have succeeded in that goal. Our commitment to our stock holders is the most important thing to us. Their enjoyment of our award winning profits is pivotal to our success as the second biggest gaming publisher in the world."

They have stated things that did not live up to it.
Who is to say the same about what they are saying now won't be the same?
"if only they knew what was in store"
"clarification and closure"
"if i were the player i would keep the saves"
Unless this is actually proven I may never trust BioWare again.

I was lied to about how my decisions over the course of three games would have a bearing on the game's ending.
I was lied to about how most of the questions of the Mass Effect story and universe would be answered.
I was forced to buy a segment of the game that was completed by release day but deliberately cut out, in order to get the full game experience.
I was lied to about how important the multiplayer was in affecting the single player.
Trust? Get real.

I trust that Bioware will try to do good (do they have reason to try anything else) and that in the end we will benefit.
But should they fail me and deliver something that does not live up to my expectations I will still trust them , for trust is a fundamental value, every single day I trust those around me to make the right choices and most days a lot of people do, and while some does not I believe they should have the chance to improve upon themselves.
I am sorry, I mean no offense to you personally, but.......What? So you are saying that if I aim a gun at your foot and tell you to trust me it is not loaded and I blow your big toe off and then I come back and hold the same gun to your head and say trust me it is not load that you are going to let me pull the trigger?

And then they stabbed me in the back with this poor excuse for an ending. Hell, it's downright insulting.

Bioware should know EXACTLY why the fans hate the ending. It's broken no matter how you slice it.

I trusted them enough to get Mass Effect 2 & 3 CE, Dragon Age 2 CE. In my shelf next to my PC there are all RPGs they produced, starting with Baldur's Gate back in 1998. Most of them were pre-ordered or bought as soon as financially possible.
But after Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 3 was there chance to proof that they are still the company I once trusted and had full confidence in. But they failed. I'ld have accepted the decreasing amount of RPG in ME 3, I'ld have ignored the lazy Tali solution. The straw that breaks the camel's back is this ending. It's the same DA 2 thing again. Nothing you did really matters, the authors story steamrolls every solution that fits to the ingame situation.
So my trust is gone. They have to earn it back, if they care...
If you fool me once, shame on you. If you fool me twice, shame on me.
I won't give them the opportunity to fool me a third time
