Just the most common used class that you use/ enjoy using the most.
For me, without a doubt my Turian Sentinel: Revan (KotoR FTW).
Specced for maximum defensive shields (both in Tech armor and fitness) as well as chaining overload.
Weapon(s): Mattock IV (still working on the upgrades) with extended barrel and the addon I forget the name of that dampens recoil (recoil damper?).
I love this guy. Absolute tank and just walks throug anything but armor (which is why I usually roll with AP ammo).
Your *Primary* class and loadout

Quarian Infiltrator, Widow VI, Extended Barrel V, Spare Ammo V. Usual Quarian Geth Farming setup. Really fun to play for me. Same goes for my Salarian Infiltrator with vaguely the same setup. Both specc'd for max weapon damage in/out of cloak.
I would play my Vanguard the most, but until the prejudice against them rolls over a bit, I think she'll gather dust when I'm not working to promote the class.

Asari Adept with either Eagle or Carnifex and Human Vanguard with Scimitar or Disciple.
Or Human Engineer with Tempest ... I love all those three classes equally.

Human Sentinal with a Raptor and a Disciple.
Sentinels are pretty versatile by themselves but with those two weapons, there is no situation I cannot handle.
I max out throw instead of warp because my weapons are my primary damage and throw is amazing at staggering.

Any Soldier with the following
Revenant II Spare thermal Clip and Stability
Disciple III Smart choke and Highcal barrel.
Goes heavy on the Inferno Grenades for Riot Containment (Krogan), spec for Durability outside that.

Quarian Engineer - GPS X
More of a front line assault, opposed to sit around with a pistol hurling tech at everything.

Vanguard
Shuriken/Locust + (Pistol)
I'd use a Locust X+Eagle if I had the X
I just like rapid fire weapons. SMGs feel weak in gold but I'm usually rocking cryo ammo anyway so the extra shots per second is why I'm using them. Quick freeze after I nova in between charges XD

Krogan Soldier, Mrrrahaha. Armed with either a Claymore or a Graal Spike Thrower and a hard head. On Silver/Gold, I sometimes pack a sniper rifle despite the weight penalty. Unfortunately, I can't yet play it too much on gold.

Drop pistol spec and grab three levels of fitness. No need for pistol spec once you have any level X pistol. If you're using predator V (ish) or better the pistol has no effect on your powers already.

Human Soldier with Mantis X (until I get a better sniper)
Run around comboing Concussion with Sniper shot works like a charm. Not to mention due to the power recharge speed if you miss a shot you aren't screwed just use concussive between reloading. Also using concussive at the right time will cut reload times by 1/4th.

It used to be a Human Vanguard with a Tempest, even during the first few hours of the demo (I was Vanguard before it was mainstream etc etc.)
However, now I almost always use an Infiltrator with either a Geth Shotty or my beautiful N7 Valiant.
