First and foremost, I want to thank the Bioware staff for all the long hours they poured into making this great trilogy for us gamers.

Quite honestly, Mass Effect is the only videogame series that actually "hooked" me as far as the story and most importantly, the characters.

With that being said, I and many others waited impatiently  for this third release  with so much bottled excitement, you could launch a rocket with it.

I took my time throughout the game wanting to see everything. I grinned when I saw Wrex the first time and got cold chills and felt such sadness when a certain character lost his life for the better cause. I absolutely LOVED playing through the story until I hit the well known "Brick Wall" ending that made me want to not believe what my eyes were seeing.

You see, times are tough right now, not only for us Americans, but for others around the world as well. High gas prices, unemployment is at a ridiculous number and honestly, right now we need our "Shepard" to save the day in a way that we can understand in its entirety

I never expected the ending to be all roses and candy, but damnit I I want to see that my choices throughout the past four years meant something in the conclusion. I want to play Mass Effect 3 again, so I can maybe see something a little different in the ending if I saved the Rachni Queen or chose to let the council live.

There are just too many holes in the current endings and in my opinion, these endings were slapped together to meet a release date or trim forecasted budgets.

I have the utmost faith in you to get this right...after all, you were the guys that brought us our hero, Shepard.
