I've combed multiple forums and tried everything, still no Eden Prime mission. I have the game registered on this site as well as the Xbox, I've deleted, re d/l everything I can think of. Need some help getting this working, I;ve never had a problem with DLC before this one. I mean dang, I'm 3/4 through the game and still can;t get it working. I've checked profiles, everything is in order, it shows fully downloaded on the hard drive....ugh

Did you go into the Storage section in the settings, manually delete the DLC and then re-download it THROUGH THE XBOX STORE?

I did manually delete it, I then re downloaded via my purchase history tab. Should I delete it and queue it from the xbox website? My origianl d/l was done from the main menu of the game.

In my case, I found it in the games store and downloaded it from there. Fixed it for me. I suspect the d/l from the main menu prevents the DLC from activating properly.

Consider calling EA support (or more like, schedule a call with them). I get the impression that the phone calls are much more useful than email or live chat.

EDIT: One more note - did you delete the DLC from under the Mass Effect 3 subsection? The same area that also displays your profiles for the game?

That's where I deleted it from...still not working, this is just ridiculous.

Try deleting the DLC and then opening an existing save. If it lets you open the save create a new one and then download the DLC again. Load the new game and then check the message terminal or the hologram (intanglement) message terminal in game to see if it unlocks.

Seems a combination of all these things finally made the mission appear in my email. Thanks guys!
