 When I went to redeem my Victory Pack the game advised that the purchase could not be processed.  I redeemed the Commendation pack fine.  After a few attempts with the same error I restarted the game but the Victory Pack option has now vanished.

Is there anyway I can redeem my Victory Pack?  What did the Victory pack contain?  (want to make sure that if I do miss out on the pack that it didn't contain anything too special).
