It's great you listen to your fans and all but this is going too far. I come to this forum to discuss the game and every single thread about the game moves away so fast with more and more complaints about the ending.
You've set up several feedback threads for these people, but they all feel entitled to start up their own as if they're adding something new and interesting to the situation. Every single one just reiterates old points and the positive threads such as favorite levels, characters and worlds get lost under all their hate.
In addition they keep bragging about raising money for charity as if that entitles them to something, but to me and several others this seems like a horrid and sick way to get publicity for themselves. Real charity comes from the heart, not out of wanting something.
Finally the attacks on the staff and members from this group have been horrible. The community leader no longer feels able to post in the community because they are so vicious towards her, having given death threats and lots of hate. In addition people who like the ending have been told to kill themselves and threatened.
These people are not real fans. Most of them come from 4chan and are simply trolling for no reason. Real Bioware fans respect the hard work of your staff, and enjoy the game flaws and all and appreciate you for listening and being proactive.
It's great you give these people the time of day but the Retake movement is ruining the community and forums for the real fans who support you through good and bad. Please do something about it.

A lot of the people who are complaining are of the core fanbase, who have been playing BW games for a long time....

I am a real fan. This series has surpassed Star Wars for me. Many of us are genuinely upset about the ending. Also, you can't post here without registering.
