"Obviously it's set in the future so you have to make some leaps of faith but we didn't want it to be just magic in space."

this quote is probably on par with the "we won't give you just A, B, or C endings" or even the "we won't have just a reaper off switch" its just funny how everything just seems to be a lie:wizard:

This is old news, but still relevant. Hope this is kept in mind with the EC production.

These promises, especially the ones made in the ME3 Gameinformer cover story, are what made me pre-order the collector's edition. I am, by the way, one of the people who did not like DA2. I thought I would give BioWare the benefit of the doubt. Boy, was I wrong.

I am not going to go as far as boycott EA/BioWare, but I will no longer pre-order their games. If they get good professional and fan reviews, I will buy them. Unfortunately, I can no longer inherently trust BioWare. I am sure many are in the same boat.

Also, it doesn't matter if BioWare can legally maneuver their way out of a lawsuit with legal speak; the very fact you have to hide behind debates of the definition of the words "different" and "it" shows that we can no longer speak to you like the cool of the people, by the people and for the people developer you once were.

Bahahaha I read that and laughed so hard... Then I read your sig and fell on the floor... Ok I didn't really fall on the floor but by George that was good.

I concur with this thread. They hyped the game SO hard making it seem like all your dreams for the series was going to come true, then BAM, herpes... No not herpes just a terribad ending...

most of the magazines gave us false information, thats not related to the final product we got, so do most of the adds on internet

Hope this is kept in mind with DA3 and all other Bioware games who have yet to be released.

While the extended ending was a valiant effort, and did close up a few plot-holes, I still don't see how the majority of their promises (especially those made after the game went gold) were kept. The whole situation is rather unfortunate.
