Hey,

After the rewards were available,i tried to redeem the Victory Pack and...i got this well known window that says "One or more of your purchases failed to process.If this error continues to appear,please contact customer support."
After that,the Victory Pack was gone,and even after i tried restarting the game,i've got nothing new in my inventory.

As for the Commendation Pack...it does not even bother to appear.I am 100% sure i had several successful extractions against reapers on silver difficulty. I also have the 'allow feedback' option set to on,and when i check the 'user entitlements' link it does not appear in there...

So yeah,i would like to know if i have any chance of getting those things since i basicaly dedicated my saturday to silver reaper matches...

I have the same issue with the Commendation Pack. I know I beat at least 1 Silver Reaper challenge during the Operation Goliath event and I don't have it in my store and my settings concerning user feedback has been unchanged and set to 'on' since I installed the game. Like the above poster, I'm also wondering if I'll ever receive the specified rewards.

Still missing commendation pack as well. I managed to get the victory pack on the first day.

I got the Commendation Pack but i didn't receive the Victory Pack. Support told me to write in the forums. I guess this thread fits best to my problem.

So,i'm guessing it just gets ignored by the staff then?

I am experiencing the exact same issues: no Commendation pack and today my purchases are not working in the store.
