After digging deep into the codexes to look for anwsers, ive noticed that there were much more relays. And many of them wern't activated..

Guessing they didn't blown up.

Also, there were also secondairy relais, i figured they didn't blow up also.. i think..


So i guess not the whole galaxy is without relais now..
