I hate to say it, but the game shouldn't have gotten those scores.
Because, clearly, if you are writing an apology to us, the fans, the

Your customers clearly don't agree, and it makes
you look pretty stupid when you can't stop telling us how many critics

congrats lurkers on finally being active as part of the community. rather unfortunate that it took all this mess to get you to post but it is what it is. Opinions are shared, and you are not lesser than any of us so don't hold back. Some of us knew there is people or both sides lurking but the number is insignificant to make a difference least here on BSN.

I would imagine people are still playing, busy with life, or just don't feel like being trolled. As for the OP claiming because of lurkers they are not a 'minority' I laugh. There is not enough people or any proof you have 500k lurkers on your side, sorry you can't prove it and four or five typing here isn't enough to overturn minority

Well I have to disagree every time I see people complaining about the endings it appears to be different people. In fact I'd say that a ridiculously large number of people here dislike them.

failed? we never had an objective. We loved the ending. you trolled us and our threads for having a different opinion. Your Retake movement is your goal, in which one could say is still failing seeing how Co Founder of Bioware said he was making DLC for more clarity and closure but staying true to the original artistic vision.. doesn't sound like the new ending you wanted.

Who is minority according to you?

I go by what everyone else in the industry goes by. Sales. It's the only facts we have. Polls can be cheated. I see total sales, and total members of the Retake Movement.. compare those numbers and you see, your movement is a minority of vocals.

Don't get upset with me over this, even Bioware is saying it. I really don't care one way or the other to be honest what percentage you are, but facts are facts. Your side seems to think BSN forum controls or how many threads you make, or polls you win makes you a majority but, if you look closely its the same people on your side spamming, like its the same people against you arguing.

BSN isn't the end all be all in this matter.

No proof, just pointing out that there are probably more like me and I doubt that it is just the hardcore fanbase. Just my opinion, right or wrong

And I was a lurker for years who finally got fed up with all the accusations that I can't like the ending with being some kind of stupid, ignorant noob who should just go back to Call of Duty because I don't "get it".

I'm sure there are more out there just like that too.

Anyway. 1.5 million copies sold, as a conservative estimate. 750,001 unique complaints are what's needed to prove a majority, otherwise you will remain a vocal minority. Sorry, it's not me, it's math.

You wanted to keep BW from fixing the game, We made threads to and you trolled them as well, for the same reason as you say we trolled you so stop saying that. And he also said that it was nothing concrete and how he was going to find a balance between "art" and what we want. Needless to say we are keeping the pressure on and if we don't get a NEW ending or significant change in the existing one then BW will have lost any of their credibility among the majority  its fans. Besides you have failed at keeping us from getting through to them, now they say (though admittedly not promise) change will come.

lol,i know an easy way to keep the "art". keep it there, as-is. just have shepard wake up after choosing destroy, and continue with the real ending. look at my banner for details.

GOD! FINALLY SOME SENSE! My thoughts exactly. I freaking loved the game. I even kind of love the idea of a tragic ending. But that doesn't diminish my wish for a fleshed out ending that gives you the option for it to be fairly happy (i.e. Shepard alive and reunited with crew) in the least. In fact, it enforces it. Because I absolutely refuse to be held back from replaying this gorgeous game more times than is healthy just because I feel physically sick when I'm forced to see Shepard die. Especially since this situation could be fixed SO easily. Optional DLC, anyone? The people who liked the ending get what they want, the people who didn't as well. And since what is included in the game could be the 'official' ending, BioWare doesn't even have to worry about losing that fabled artistic integrity.

Yes, it is a biased, self-selecting poll. However, when there are 66K+ votes AND it is completely lopsided where only 2% liked the ending as-is, you can't just dismiss the poll ENTIRELY - especially when there is confirming evidence elsewhere - such as thousands of negative user reviews.

The percentage that liked the ending as-is is definitely higher than 2%. The question is how much higher. 20%?

You are so hell bent on winning this internet war you conjured up, you are not listening to yourself in the process. What proof do you have you are majority, show me proof, have any? You are in denial so bad you are making no sense. You cannot argue when you can't defend yourself. Read his statement again.

By that logic, the people supporting the endings are an even smaller minority. A much smaller minority.
