I used to not even come here. Then I started lurking about a week after I beat the game. A few days ago I started posting to register my displeasure with the endings and hold the line. I want to try and do my part to keep the pressure on until we get a straight answer out of BioWare. I'll probably go back to lurking at some point, but I don't plan on buying any BioWare products in the future unless they come with many stellar reviews by actual players.

I'm with most that are angry about it. Other then saying what I thought on the feedback thread, I haven't posted all that much. So I guess I am a make my point then get out lurker.

My friend doesn't post at all and he is furious. Its hard to even get him to play coop with me after he finished the campaign.

Hi, I enjoy lurking very much, it suits me.

Also, I agree, general sentiments seem to be that the ending is bad. I seem to see the same 5-6 people arguing in favor of the endings during my lurking.

I'm also more of a lurker. I posted to a couple of feedback threads and am now waiting for more news regarding the ending changes...absolutely hate the ending!

Most of the people I know who aren't members of BSN weren't exactly thrilled by the ending, but they also don't feel the need for any rewriting. These are people I've spoken to on twitter and on another forum I'm a long-time member of (which isn't gaming-centric, but has a dedicated gaming section).

Getting into arguments about majorities and minorities are pointless. It doesn't really matter and it detracts from the useful discussion. All that matters is that people of all persuasions speak in civil and constructive ways in order to explain how they feel. Everyone's opinion is valid.

There really isn't a 'them' and 'us.' Creating flaming divisions between people who all have a stake in the franchise for one reason or another helps no one but those who like to poke fun at silly gamers. Trying to undermine and belittle people who don't hold your view is childish. Respecting that some people like the endings, and listening to the people who don't like the endings, is the only way anyone will ever take any of us seriously.

Good that you lurkers are starting to speak up. If more of you do that then maybe they will stop quoting their false review scores that were bought and paid for and actually listen to those of us who actually hate the endings.

Lurker - hadn't even bothered registering games, but just browsed the forums looking to find out if that day one DLC was worth buying (full disclosure, haven't bought ME3 yet, always wait one or two months for official patches and save game editors to be finessed) and got horribly hooked on the endings fiasco.

And it does look like something got lost in translation between what the writers intended, and what actually appeared in the game.

Another lurker here - just to confirm that people who are silent aren't necessarily content with the endings.
I'm certainly not happy with them. The gamefront article pretty much says everything I could say.
and yes, I would actually BUY ending DLC, if that is what it would take. As it is now, I can't find any motivation to replay the game.

I open this BSN account only to sound my grievances, so, yes, they're still a lot of lurkers out there who is unsatisfied by Bioware's handling of ME 3's ending.

LittleDragon the Day 1 DLC isn't even worth it. It's maybe 45 minutes of additional content. Compare that to the 2 DLC's for DA2 which are 3 hours a piece. No it's not worth 10 bucks for the Day 1 DLC content called From the Ashes.

The thing with the endings is, the people who liked the ending probably would still like an ending that the people who despised the ending would like.

The people who talk down on the people who hated it would have a convo like this with their buddy "Hey buddy we both like burgers, but i hate seafood" "TO HELL WITH YOU WE'RE GOING TO RED LOBSTER!!!!!!one!!"

The main people I've seen supporting the ending are people who get paid to review stuff.

Kinda seems suspicious to me....

They did. What more do you want? The founders of BioWare to come to your door, drop to their knees, and beg forgiveness? Sweet mercy, people.....

And what would you have us settle for. Nothing? well of course you would. your point?

My point is we can both exagerate.  The truth is, right now we are still seeing non-commital spin from a company we believe has already lied to us. We'd be pretty silly to give up now. So... getting angry at us and saying we want bioware to crawl is another way of saying we are entitled and whiney. and that is personal insult rather than any attempt at logic or persuasion. And if you aren't posting to change my mind. ... Why did you post?

I've been lurking a lot lately. Primarily because of the endings, yes. But I also want to find out if it is possible to get the "perfect" ending without multiplayer. No offence, I've looked at and tried it a bit and it's quite fun, but I don't want it to be mandatory. For me, the game will have a replay value (once for now) if there is possible to get that ending without "forced" multiplayer.

There is no perfect ending... all three suck the same.

They are probably planning on a major DLC that will make for a better ending. And it will cost more than the game, lol.

And there's a lot more lurking, afraid to speak up because every word they post will be turned and twisted within minutes. I honestly don't blame them for staying away from this forum.

Me either, actually. The minute they say they like the game, it's like wolves decending on a fawn.

Which is sad, really.

Is that why I see you all over the place saying this very thing yet people pretty much ignore you?

Wrong, they have not stopped quoting the false reviews from game review sites. Muzyka the founder of Bioware still is quoting them in their blogs and we are still getting non-commital comments from Bioware. Only thing so far we got was a "We will develop a DLC that explains the endings" not a total capitulation of giving us the actual 16 varyingly very different endings that was advertised.

We don't want them to crawl or beg or drop to their knees. What we want is what they promised us in several interviews and blog posts and twitter feeds and Bioware Pulse episodes. We want what we were supposed to get on release date. Not this half done ending that makes no sense, that is a direct rip off of Deus Ex Machina from years ago sprinkled with a little bit of Battlestar Galactica ending where the Normandy crash lands on a lush jungle planet.

So no I'm not going to stop vocalizing my discontent. All we have is deflection and they are trying to make what we are asking for go away.

Forced lurker.... On my 4th EA help ticket trying to get my gamertag associated with my account properly.

:'(

Someday I will participate, but I am always reading, and I'm holding the line elsewhere, where there are less draconian prohibitions on who can post and who cannot.

Regardless how dense you are, BIOWARE is what matters here right? Bioware's founder called you a Minority.. there is it. let it sink in.. let it burn

You know its funny how this whole minority vs majority seems so important to so many people.
I'm fine with being part of the minority.
Because the majority used to think the world was flat.
The majority watch Micheal Bay movies and like them.
The majority are fans of reality TV

If the minority is where i"m at than awesome I've been there before and I'm not afraid of being there.
