Hey guys,
Every 2-3 games, after saving up 60,000+ credits to use to get spectre packs, i get an error.
Then, when i recheck the store or restart ME3, ALL my credits just go away.
This happens daily and is very fustrating.

Ive had the same issue, however if I quick the game completely and then start it up again, the credits are still gone, but I notice I got new weapon/whatever. Might not be that way in every case but has been every time for me.

I never got "proper" weapon drops from spectre packs, i got 3 weapons (assult rifles) from vet packs instead.
Evertime i get shotguns or pistols.
But anyways, my points just do not stay.

I've had the same problem. Bioware owes me 60,000 credits or two spectre packs. It's very frustrating.
And despite what EA support claims, no, I do not get the items anyway.

Ea support told me to contact Origin, then back to EA Support then to post on Bioware Forums.....

I had the same issue purchasing a premium veteran pack. Game gave an error to contact customer support but looked like it had refunded the credits. When I logged in the next day the credits are gone and customer support can find no record of a purchase.

Same problem here, just lost 120000 credit to the damn Spectra Pack.

Happens to me about 50% of the time. The game owes me 2 spectres, 2 veterans.
