Thanks in advance for any input that helps me resolve this problem.
I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition from Amazon but it wasn't going to arrive until a week after the release of ME3.
I thought I could wait, but I couldn't. So I purchased a regular copy at Game Stop and installed the online pass on my 360.
When the Collector's Edition arrived, I sold my regular copy back to Game Stop for 1/2 the price and installed the Collector's Edition Online Pass, but it seems that I still cannot download the soundtrack.
What is the problem? What can I do to resolve this problem? I really want to download the soundtrack.

Well, hopefully someone out there is kind enough to help us out. This is aggravating, and I'd love to listen to this soundtrack on my drive to work tomorrow.

I'm having the same problem with this. I'm also following the instructions given by EA, but the link to my soundtrack is nowhere to be found

Just go to help.ea.com and use the live assitance and they will help you resolve the issue. I did the same thing.

Once you get through all the "fun" questions of what item it's about and yatty yatty yatta select the option to talk to someone (not through e-mail but I.M. stuff) and tell them what happened. I had this same issue and they got my soundtrack download to pop up.

Here's what I did:
Logged into ea.com with my ea/origin account
Use the 'Talk to Game Advisor'
Get redirected to the support page
Answer the questions; product, product (again), platform
Asked to email, subject: "N7 Collector's Edition Soundtrack" and put:
"I used a regular code to start playing online then applied a Collector's Edition Online Pass in order to upgrade it. I recieved all my in-game extras but I was unable to find my soundtrack under 'registered game content' on the Bioware Social Network."
I put Product Registration as the sub-category and then submitted it. And true to the promise; I had a nice support agent unlock the sountrack for me within 24 hours.

I did the steps above, and the EA support agent told me to input my Collector's Code when logging in to Mass Effect 3.
Yeah, I already did that. He obviously didn't read my message about using a SE and then CE code.

So, I guess everyone is dealing with the same problem I'm having. I received a copy of Mass Effect 3 Ultimate after purchasing the original from Best Buy - I activate the Standarad Edition Online pass, but I'm not sure how to redeem an online pass code (CE) if you already have redeemed an SE one. Do you do it through the main XBOX 360 redeem or is this something I need to ask EA about?
