Do we know for certain if it's 4000 or 5000 that's needed, btw? I know we definitely can't get it without MP boosting the %, but I've never been sure exactly what was needed.

If you manage to do a thing during the final mission (that I cannot write because it's a no-spoiler zone) 4000 EMS points before you start the last mission are enough.

If you cannot achieve that required condition then you will need 5000 EMS points before you begin the final mission.

It seems pretty clear the forthcoming paid DLCs will include additional EMS points, such as the retaken Omega or whatever else they come up with.

Actually, the legal issues would come from NOT fixing it.  Generally that's how false advertising claims work.  YOu're told to fix it and the real issues don't come about unless you refuse.  Considering its such an easy fix, I don't see why they don't.  I mean seriously, it could be done in less than an hour, I don't get why it hasn't been done.

Did you not read the thread? it's been said numerous times. The file has been datamined, there are not enough assets period. Even with an imported completionist character straight from mass effect 1. The only people that managed 4k or higher EMS either used the third party app, altered their file or have bugged asset values.

37 pages is a lot to look through for one answer that can be gotten quicker by asking.  So do you know it or not?  Would have been quicker to type the answer rather than all that if you do.

Considering the issue can literally be fixed by anyone on the PC version in less than an hour if they know what they are doing...  I can see why it would be hard to be patient, I mean, come on, these are supposed to be professionals.  It shouldn't take that long to fix an issue like this.  It should be a BAM!  Patched within a day issue.

Yeah still not possible - I have all the DLC and all the games - and still can't get to 4000 let alone 5000!
