you did not get 4875 ems or 9700 tms - unless you 1) played MP 2) chnaged values 3) played iphone - there ar not even 9700 in the game files to get...

Blimey, you're right. I forgot that I played some MP before I finished the playthrough. You are absolutely right and I rescind previous statement blue.

There is enough assets currently in the game to only get a total military score of 7500
the is a few missing assets in the bin file that are not available ingame
200 from element zero core which in game states is from Omega
100 from Cerberus freighters no clue where found no description in game.
100 from Reaper heart that doesn't count due to after when assets are counted.
110 from Reaper brain that doesn't count due to after when assets are counted.

optional points
120 from Infiltrator app
??? Facebook App that's not available yet
75 per lvl 20 MP character promoted to SP campaign.

There is enough points in game to get over 8000 assets but that requires you to play the Apple App, Facebook App when it becomes available and for BioWare to release more DLCs with war assets.

However, I and up in the situation every time. Accordingly to the Journal it seems as if I've done everything; however, I have a system blinking on the Galaxy Map. It's the Minnow (sp?) Wasteland system. What is there and where is it besides Reapers I manage to alert in one of the two subsystems? If it's significant to the plot, just say where to find it.

I think it's the Minos System, and I had that blinking at the end of the game as well.  It drove me bonkers, I kept going back there and rescanning everything just in case, even though the report was saying I'd completed 100% of the system, and the fact that I had the players guide so I knew I hadn't missed anything!

Guys, it's clear to me that they're going to stretch this "investigation" until weeks or potentially months after the Extended Cut comes out. If you want Shepard to live and potentially have new scenes after the end, you're going to have to play multiplayer. EA will never, ever, ever give you anything for free. It's something I've come to terms with and have made peace with.

So the question I have is... Can you elevate your GR by going through bronze missions solo?

Maybe the Eezo core is from the long-rumored Retake Omega DLC?

I think you do get the Reaper heart or brain after the Cerberus base, but I don't have an appropriate save to check. The wiki agrees with me, FWIW.

MP required to achieve best ending by means of a higher EMS is absolute crap! So essentially those who do not have access to MP are having their ending chosen for them more or less. You get 3 endings, Shepard dies, Shepard dies and well, Shepard dies. Nothing like feeling screwed.

I don't want to HAVE to play mulitplayer if i dont HAVE to. sorry thats just how it is. DIablo 1 Diablo 2 you did NOT HAVE to play multiplayer. yes it was more fun, but you also play the whole game without ever going online.

Here it is not like that at all. you HAVE to play multiplayer if you want the "best" ending in SP,

be given a choice to do or not do something is the best corse of action. Fable 3 did it ok, tho if you wanted to "open everything" you HAVE to multiplayer.

I'm just waiting for news that someone has a way to cheat the readiness. Because IMO the MP isn't all that great. Have much more fun in games like CoD, and BF3 where I dont have to play 3-4 rounds to get a "card pack" to get a 'chance" to get the weapon I want.

I mean is this an action game, or is a collectable card game?? seems to me even the multiplayer staff wasn't in agreement on how to handle multiplayer.

You can if you are able to solo the whole thing.  I am not sure atm but I think you only get 3% per match won.

You can if you are able to solo the whole thing.  I am not sure atm but I think you only get 3% per match won.

you get 1% per match LOST. But that's not the point, is it?

I thought the final war assets number was the one that you had before "Priority Heart Mission" and not before Cerberus base.

For what I knew the infamous "secret ending" triggers if you have 5000 EMS, a goal that you can reach if you had 4000 EMS before you met with Anderson, and then you manage to get the other +1000 EMS he provides.
Therefore also the heart/brain reaper WA should count for the ending choices.. am I wrong?

... for what it matters since it's impossible to get 4000 EMS either before or after Cerberus base..

No.  Nope, Will never happen in my case, for a couple of reasons:

I don't like MP - I'm an old-school SP player, set in my ways, I don't buy MP games through choice and I'll not be coerced into playing something I don't want to play - I game to enjoy the experience. 

I'm not paying for an xBox Live Gold subscription for a SP game.

The official guide states that all endings are possible in SP alone.

An official posting (eaten recently by "ghosts in the machine") stated that there were more than enough assets to achieve all endings in SP alone.

Various PM answers to gamers generously sharing their feedback have stated it was possible to achieve.

I'm not asking for something for nothing - I just want to get what I already paid for, and what I've been told I should be able to get - I don't think that is unreasonable, is it?

I've got no problem with them saying it is possible as long as they show us how - as no one and I repeat no one has managed to yet show us any way to actually do this. 

I can't understand why it seems like a good idea to leave us all frustrated and annoyed with the "yes it is possible" answer without showing us how.    Who gains from that reply?   Certainly not us as we still have no proper answer, and Bioware are not making themselves look all that great with the lack of input on this thread. 

It is beginning to feel like they just want us to all go away - I will say what I've said before... we wouldn't be upset if we didn't love the game.  we are not trying to be awkward/difficult we just want to be able to access all parts of the game via SP only play and we can't work out how to without your help.... so please Bioware give us some help.

It is nice that he replies, but would be even nicer if he would tell us how is this possible that he is the only person on the planet who managed to do it so far. I got similar answer from him - that they tested it before releasing the game and it worked for them.

Unfortunately such vague responses only add to the confusion and frustration. We really need some official statement backed with detailed explanation on how one can get 4k assets.

Not that it will ever happen, I'm afraid.

Won't happen.  Not in a million years.

Oh, they'll fix it.  They kinda have to.  Unlike the endings, them saying that we can get 4000 in SP when we clearly can't TRULY IS a case of false advertising (and one that I'm surprised no one's jumped on yet).

But when they do fix it (again, I think, months after the EC DLC comes out so they can soak up multiplayer revenue to offset costs) they'll say something along the lines of "Well, we heard you were having a hard time getting that magic number, so we adjusted some values and/or raised the GR to sixty percent so it's easier for you."  They cannot be wrong.  We must be incompetent. 

Judging from EA and BioWare's behavior in the past month, this is what they've conditioned me to expect from them.

I think Mr. Abrams should play a retail copy and see if he can get 4000+ without MP and without any outside app. Just SP within the game itself. Then let us know if it is possible. And I don't mean it as a snarky remark. Even if he played "without using the Bioware employee complete edition", he might have still played an internal copy and they might have cut some stuff out of that for the retail version.

Hi all,

I've posted a war asset calculator for those interested.  I've used the wikia to try to see what the "Paragade" route does (i.e. ME1-3) but it still falls short...ugh...I really want Bioware to at least tell us HOW the hell is 4000 EMS possible.
