The female mage that has the quest killing the spiders in the tower storage area.
After completing, she says come back to her for a favor. The only time you go back is to do the tower quest line and of course she is not there (i think)
Does she do a favor for you?

Really? Been back to the tower a few time after the killing Uldred, and she is nowhere to be found
