Did you redeem the same code multiple times? Did you alternate between two products?
Could this mean that multiple codes eventually will get us our rifles?!?

I'm using one code at a time. Each code hasn't been used before and is from the Darkhorse allotment. I don't put in anymore codes until the next one shows up.
Haven't gotten my next one yet which would be the VII version.
One thing I did notice: they never show up immiediatly when I log in. I play a few games in multiplayer and suddenly they show up.

This is quite interesting. If this has happened multiple times, I wonder if the two codes that I redeemed a while back will show up at some point...

That's the picture of the registered products page.
Since I play on the 360 I'll take a photo of the Collector Rifle VI tomorrow. Heading to bed a bit early tonight.

I actually broke down and redeemed another promo code... and nothing. That leaves me 3 codes short :-(
It's possible that you accidentally triggered something like the recent multiple commendation pack glitch.
Either way, it would be really nice if we got a developer response and/or clarification. Did I waste my codes? Did I misread the fine print? Is this a bug? Will I get my rifles eventually? I don't need a timeline, just a simple, "Hi, we read this, we'll work on this, please bear with us. " Or , "Sorry, you screwed up." That's all I need.

I don't know what Thargor did, but it's clear that he is the exception, not the rule. Or maybe he just wanted to see if he could trick us into redeeming our spare codes 4 teh lulz. Either way, now we know.
Hopefully they'll do additional promotions that don't involve me buying (and probably trying to return) $200+ headphones just to get a crummy rifle upgrade.

Yeah, not trying to trick anyone. I haven't bought any of the other packs.
My rifle is still at VI. The last code still hasn't gone through and it's been quite a few days now. So I'm not sure what was going on. Would I have still gotten those packs if I hadn't been entering codes? I don't know.
I'll update this if it does eventually go through.
EDIT: Actually quite insulted and irritated that you suggested that I would troll everyone into "wasting" codes. I'm not that sort of person and I got shafted as well in this arrangment. I thought I was getting enough codes to max out my rifle and I get caught out by rules that were not clearly stated.

I got done with a second iPhone code too. I'd really appreciate any linking to the bit that says one code per promotion. It's no secret us ME junkies will buy stuff we don't need just to get a leg up or some 'kudos'. So if the product I'm about to buy does not
strengthen the weapon further
as stated on the packaging and advertising then I'd like to know where that disclaimer was printed to avoid me shelling out on further tat I don't need.
To be honest, I'd settle for just having the code 'refunded' so at least I can 'bay the thing as new...

It is garbage, plain and simple.
I think I'll try the customer service roulette again. If things have changed, I'll make sure to post it.
