Hanar Infiltrator would be nice, grabbing multiple enemies all of a sudden and just flails around like a scene from... one of those Japanese... low-grade... literature... thingy. Would be an amusing sight.

Turian could use another class though, perhaps Engineer or Infiltrator.

Playing as Geth and Batarians will be awesome. Think they'll add new enemy races? Even though they not make sense in the story like fighting the Alliance and Asari? That would be soooo rad. I love the customization, plans for new armor/helmet models? Maybe bring back some of the awesome armors from ME1?!

Would Biotic Charge really work for a Krogan? Maybe instead give him a layer of armor as well, so he can tank his way up to his opponents and bash them, instead of using biotics.

Krogans should curl up into a spinning armored ball when they biotic charge.  (No.  Not really.)

Collector Adept (Reave + Shockwave) and Sentinel (Warp + Hive Shield)
Hive Shield is the deployable barrier the Collector Guardians dropped in ME2.

Both Collectors would have a unique power that causes them to take on the cracked, glowing appearance of when Harbinger "assumes control." They would gain a massive boost to damage resistance, weapon damage and power damage, but would not be able to evade and power recharge would increase (ala Tech Armor/Fortification). The minimum duration would be about 20 seconds, and with the right upgrades, it could be as much as a minute.

Quarian Soldier, with the Defense Drone, since the Quarians have mentioned their marines in game.

Krogan Vangurad, Nova and maybe Barrier, but not Biotic Charge

Drell Infiltraitor, with 1 botic power, Pull would be interesting and fitting with the current Drells

Salarian or Asari Sentinel, Merc style, Tech Armor and Incenerate

Problem is this leaves you with Engineer being Salarian (which we already have), Turian, or Asari. With a Turian Engineer we end up with Asari Adept (which we already have) and with Asari Engineer we end up with Turian Adept or Salarian Adept... wich im pretty sure dont exist o_O;

Krogan Vanguard.

My friends and I joke that the Krogan invented the Vanguard.  We tell the tale of when the first Asari emmisaries to the newly "risen" krogan introduced them to biotics, touting them as sublime triumph of the subtle mind over brutish strength.... and then the first krogan biotic invented the Vanguard.

The reason Vanguard came along in ME2 was totally the humans going "Wait, what was that one krogan doing in that recording?"
"Oh, those are (mumble mumble), you don't want to be like those."
"No seriously go back. Dude, that looks AWESOME."
"What? No, it's horrible! Come on, Adept and infiltrator are much better hey are you listening"

Something with some of the unused powers like barrier or slam would be nice. I like dark energy as well but unless they do a prothean, I don't see that as being possible since that's such a prothean exclusive power - except for shep of course who learns it from Javik so that makes sense.

Well, sorta since you can already have the power in a new game before meeting Javik after unlocking it... whatever, let's get off of the logic bus now, lol.
