I appear to have reached an outcome I wasn't intending on. I have killed Jarvia after taking Betrayal From Within and having the papers in my inventory. I didn't speak to Harrowmont and accept his quest to kill Jarvia before this.

I spoke to Harrowmont after killing her, without planting the papers, and he doesn't acknowledge the death of Jarvia. How can I resolve this so I can side with Harrowmont? The only option I have left is to plant the papers which is not what I want to do.
