My two-year old daughter has developed an uncanny fixation on krogan (I was playing a krogan soldier in MP to get my EMS up - hadn't gotten around to the end yet).

Anyway, now occasionally she'll squinch up her little face, yell "I...am...Krogan! Raaar." and charge forward with her head down, little arms flailing and pigtails bobbing wildly.

Of course, being barely two, it usually comes out "I kwogan! Waaaarh!"

In retrospect, I think the problem may have been that I made my MP character's armor pink. She likes pink things. And violence. So really, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Edit: After an epic cold and MANY false starts, I finally figured out how to use video editing software. Apparently Sony camcorders output data in a weird format that's incompatible with almost everything. Who knew? You can find the video here. Enjoy!

Well there is something...oddly cuddly about the Krogan face design. I'm not sure what it is, but I always found them kind of cute, in the same way I find certain animals cute. They are still bad ass when the fighting starts though.

That may well be true. I'm forever having to stop her from smacking her older brother around. My parents got her a shirt for her birthday. It had a quote from Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream:"

"...and though she be little, she is fierce."

I figure that means I'm doing my job so far. At this rate, I'll have to protect her boyfriends from *her*...
