Yes, I know there are multiple threads about the ending and all that, but it's difficult to have your voice heard on an 800 page thread. So here it is.

After watching this video( ), I was convinced that the Indoctrination Theory is correct. And because of this video, I am satisfied with the ending of ME3.

However, without watching that video, not all details were obvious that it was a hallucination. And indeed, that is the point of the narrative, to trick you.

I don't feel there would have been such an outrage if this was perhaps explained better after the fact. The whole, "Grandpa Buzz, tell me another story about the Shepard!" (which I was expecting Mr. Aldrin to say, "Sure Jimmy, let's go buy another story at the DLC sceen!") didn't add anything to the story or a sense of resolution. So while it was an ok gimmick to get another celeb in the game, it should have been followed up with something along the lines of someone close to shepard reporting on his last moments and his indoctrinated state.

So that's my 2 cents.
