I don't know if anyone is having the same issue but everytime i'm at the main menu or the multiplayer menu i get the message at the side of the screen that says System offline,unable to retrieve Galaxy at War status. This has been a issue for my game since ME3's lanuch day and still countiues. I have been playiing the multiplayer with friends before and still it does not raise or lowers it just says it's offline. Has anyone experience this problem on the xbox 360 and can help?

Had the same problem on xbox 360. Followed various links to suggested solutions but finally found the one below which checks for a persona and allows you to click a button to create one if needed. Didn't have a persona, clicked the button and this fixed the problem. Hope this helps.
