If you consider videos about the indoctrination theory to be worth including, here's one: www.youtube.com/watch

I personally think, short of gutting and replacing the current ending, that the Indoctrination Theory is the best 'escape hatch' Bioware could use to salvage the situation, by extending play with Shepard waking up in the ruins where he was flung after Harbinger's beam.
However, this thread's not about the merits of Indoctrination Theory. It's specifically critiques of the current ending.

Oh I'm glad you did! This is a fantastic list, and had some articles I hadn't seen before. Thanks OP.

If people still feel like pushing this thread, please do so. There are very good links and arguments. However, Bioware's announcement today does not give me hope that they're listening, or that they will address THE single most important issue of narrative coherence and why the deus ex machina at the end does not make sense.
At this point in time, I am going to stop visiting the forums until the extended DLC is out. If the DLC addresses the MAJOR issues, and not just the minor cosmetic ones, then I will be back after it is released.
If it does not, well, I gave Bioware its second chance and Bioware failed to redeem themselves.

"Closure" is a word I might be okay with- one of the big notes about the ending is that it doesn't do the trilogy justice. Closure might, possibly, address that. "Clarification", though? Nah, that's crap. Explaining the Crucible doesn't make the endings any less terrible, any less unfulfilling. I dislike them because they fundamentally don't make sense, don't address what drew me to the series. Making them better on their own merits doesn't change that.

Pushing it to the top, mostly to present the arguments that 'endings are good' people need to learn about.

I found this one interesting:
techgnotic.deviantart.com/art/The-Future-of-Storytelling-Has-Arrived-293860261
A snippet:
" And all these iterations of a core story will be subject to constant fan comment for revision
and extension. This is the brave new world that Dickens would have
embraced as liberating rather than destructive of his authorship, the
tool of “reader” feedback having now become an instantaneous and
continuous global information stream that will propel forward those who
learn to navigate it, and drown those who fear a “loss of control” in uncharted waters."
hmm..
Enjoy!

Another new link added. Literature professor (a guy who does this kind of thing for a living) analyzes and explains the problems with the themes of the ending.

This thread is the most important one here.
Just a small contribution:

"The issue at stake here is, did Bio Ware falsely advertise? Technically, yes, they did."
