Origin not working properly affecting Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

Several times this week, specifically last night at 12am cst and now, 920pm cst, I have been unable to invite friends to games. After attempting to restart ME3 and then Origin, Origin loads but the friends list does not come online. Rather, the spinning circle appears in place of a friends list. Even after over an hour of waiting last night, there was no change. Those on my friend's list, and myself, have attempted to search for each other and it shows we are online and even have the option to unfriend and block each other. However, we are unable to send game invites much less chat to each other via Origin.
Is there a way to invite friends to a match, or even bypass the joke of a program that is Origin? This is getting old rather quickly. When I purchased the game, I did not intend to have fight a piece of crap program to enjoy functionality.

What is wrong with Origin?! DX It keeps saying "This account is logged in on another computer."

It won't let me see my Friend List, and it won't let me invite my friends. It keeps saying "Your Friend List is Empty" when I try to invite Friends to Play MP. :(

Further attempts at reloading Origin are giving me the same problem as you are having. I tried calling their tech support but they closed (no surprise, really) about 30minutes ago.

Also getting "This account is logged in on another computer." and getting the spinny circle in place of my friend's list when I attempt to reconnect. This started about 10 minutes ago.

It seems to just be a bug, and they are attemting to fix it.

I had had both of those issues happen to me as well just now. Also got disconnected at wave 10. grrr. hehe.

Origin Live Chat is no help. They insisted that my software was corrupt and that I needed to delete and reinstall Origin. When I gave them the link Kristin recommended, they ensured me that I was in error and only reinstalling Origin would solve my dilema. I think I will refrain from utilizing their customer service any time soon.

Did you ever figure out a fix for this? This has been going on day after day for me, and it's getting a little frustrating!


EDIT: nevermind...it actually started working a few minutes after I typed this. Apparently that's all I needed to do all along? ;)
