Yes, I've already talked to an EA Help rep on live chat. The rep was extremely friendly, but none of their advice worked at all.
Basically, I want to check Mass Effect 3 for updates. Every time I right-click it, the right-click menu appears behind the main Origin window, meaning I can only click on the bottom 2 or 3 options. Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. Yes, I disabled my firewalls and Antivirus. It hasn't helped.
Second problem: My monitor is 1600 x 900. Every time I put Mass Effect 3 itself on that monitor resolution, I get this glitchy-looking line along the bottom of the screen.
Here's a screencap to show what I mean:

See the little black bits along the bottom of the screen? Yeah. They grow/shrink and flicker a little bit when the camera moves and sometimes I see this odd purple glow from the bottom of the screen too. This only happens when I play at this resolution, and it's happened since the start of the game. With any lower resolution the glitch doesn't happen.

Sorry, not partoicularly tech-savvy but I'll gladly provide any more info that may be needed if I can. Thanks in advance.

I've got the same right click problem. Make the origin window as small as possible and then drag t into the bottom right hand corner of the screen, just so you can still right click mass effect 3. It should display the right click menu on screen, allowing you access to all the options.
