She probably told Hackett, as they are working together. TIM knows because he's TIM and he's as powerful and ressourceful as the plot requires, plus he probably oversaw the whole of LotSB. Shepard's entourage knows because it's friggin obvious and at least 1 squadmate was here to witness the changing of the guard. Her father only knows she is an information broker, which she already was on Illium. Barla Von showed no signs of knowing the Broker's identity. Wrex is the only iffy one; he obvious is up to something. How he knows is anyone's guess. Maybe Grunt has a big mouth. Hey, guess who got an important promotion so quickly...

Don't remember anyone else knowing.

I only had Liara for a LI with a FemShep and my FemShep is a tough *****. If anyone tries to hurt Liara my FemShep will go all ninja(kai leng) on their ***.

Ninja Kai Leng? That kind of goes against your point, seeing as he was a complete fail ninja. He ran away like a coward after each encounter, and a dying drell (Thane) quite nearly took him out.

Kai Leng is still pretty cool even though he died.

So.... Liara's closest friends, Hackett, and the guy that essentially set it all up know.. Yeah, that's not everyone. I'm betting Mordin told Wrex, as he can't really keep his mouth shut, either.

They should've made it so that if you played the LotSB DLC, Liara makes it spaceworthy before Cerberus can attack and it joins the final battle.
But that'd require compromising their artistic integrity or something.

Since the ship was designed to circle that planet, inside of that storm, I doubt it'd even be good for space travel, let alone combat.

That ship had to be space worthy at some point in time. They didn't just build a ship to survive a storm to build a base on planet to survive a storm to build the Shadow Broker ship to survive in a constant hell like storm to kill organics every 50k years or something like that?

So anyway if TIM knows wouldn't he just tell everyone, you know, to be a jerk?

1)  Liara's not human

2)  TIM's only a jerk to humans

Only a jerk to humans? Have you been playing a different game? 'cause in the Mass Effect I've played, TIM wants human dominance throughout the entire galaxy. He despises all other races.

Who does he kill in mass quantities and do ghastly experiments on?

Humans

Cerberus has been far far worse to humans than non-humans, going by what we see in game.

If you pay closer attention, there are a number of races that saught shelter in Sanctuary. A Salarian in the Citadel mentioned withdrawing his credits because he needed it to go to Sanctuary. Garrus mentions that alot of Turians fled to Sanctuary, and that he was going to carve each of their names on TIM's forehead. Inside the Sancuary proper, you have Batarians, Marauders, Banshees, along with the standard husks. I'm not sure ALL of those units were brought in by the reapers. They specifically showed a Banshee inside a cell, trying to break out.

It's a fair guess that ALL races were subjugated to genetic experiments in Sanctuary, not just humanity.

Fair enough, but he does it because he wants to "evolve" them into superbeings... a few sacrifices here and there are ok in his book. He doesn't do it because he hates humans.

My original post was a joke, btw :P

That's ALOT of people to entrust your secret identity to, not to mention one of them's a MAJOR VILLAIN.

In the scenario that the Relay network does survive, the focus would be on rebuilding and cooperation I believe

Cooperation?  There could easily be warlordism

The universe is ending. I don't think she cares as much about keeping it a secret at this point.

She didn't exactly "entrust" it to him, he knew and tracked her down.

Additionally, the ME2 crew knows because they tracked down the original broker and killed him, and left Liara behind. Pretty obvious there. As far as the ME3 crew is concerned, she's just an informant.

Where is the proof that TIM knows that Liara is the shadow broker? Him sending a strike force after her only proves that he knows the location of the ship, that doesnt mean he knows who the shadowbroker is.

TIM specifically mentions it during Thessia at the very latest (possibly Mars earlier). When Shep asks how he found about the Thessia Beacon, TIM mentions it was in the Mars Archives, and asks, 'or did your shadowbroker miss that?'

I can't remember when, but there's a cutscene where The Illusive Man refers to Liara as the Shadow Broker and then taunts her about him knowing that information.
