It doesn't happen ALL the time, but enough to be annoying. It almost always does it when trying to go into the shooting range on the Citadel.. and randomly at any other time it says "Loading". The game will kinda freeze/lockup if it happens while Loading within a zone and will recover after a few seconds, but if it happens during a transition into another zone and has an actual loading screen then it won't recover and I have to force-off my Xbox.
I have ME3 installed on my Xbox's hard drive, but I don't know if that's what's causing it or if it's just the game itself being stupid.
Occasional game freeze during loading...

It's the game unfortunately as mine does the same and its not installed on the hard drive.
