Romance Love Triangle Question

So I know there won't be love triangle confrontation scene just like in Mass Effect 1 but I found a youtube video where Tali acknowledges that Shepard has initiated a relationship with someone else (in the video with Kaidan). Does this happen with other love interests as well? I can't check back since my past saves were corrupted.
