  Alright so!  Guys want DLC ideas? I got better then that! I got four!.. eeeer kind of anyway.  3 and a halfish even!  More like basic gist’s then all out dlc plots  and no before you ask,  none of these would be post ending. These would all fit in within the story and assist with war assets as well as…enhancing… Yes …enhancing… things that people missed.   How likely are these? Probably not very, but hey why not? 

So as many of you all know, some me2 casts got…kind of cast (pun) aside.   Mordin Legion Garrus and tali not included in that and more specifically the four non squad made love interests more then certainly got a more heartfelt and painful …cut… Some more so then others *cough* Jacob and thane* cough*    Can these dlcs fix that?!  Sure they can! 

How about races that should have been more involved in the warfront and give something of a story too?   The hanar and drell?  How bout the batarians?    Maybe the elcor?   Who would not want a squad of elcor to blow down reapers with shoulder cannons?!  Can the dlc help!?   Yesssss   they can. 
So what are the four and how would they fit?!  Stay tuned boys and girls.

The Hanar and drell dlc.     This is a dlc involved on getting the hanar and drell forces to rally in anyway they can.. ( and I’m not quite positive how, but the drell are pretty ba so why not?)   Simply put, that’s it.. Maybe the reapers are attacking the Hanar home planet? Or maybe Cerberus is simply being a jerk again?     
This dlc could involve a very different setting, you can see the water from underneath in kind of  drell based underwater lab, filled with see through able tube’s that show off hanar architecture or something neat like that.  This would stand out from the rest of the game in setting and while I cannot give you a new enemy type idea I can give you temporary squad mate ideas.    This could be a thane based dlc all depending on when you do the dlc, and if thane is alive or not really depends on who is involved.    
Thanes alive, he has the option to replace a squad mate during the mission . I know he said he cant fight but I mean the fool did juuuust fine against lang.. guy can kill a coulpe of reapers or Cerberus troops. 
Thanes loyal but  dead whether by suicide mission or  the mission is taken after kepral syndrome takes hold.  His son gives you the mission and takes his place….pretty much having the same move set, prolly on par with sick thane..       
Thane not loyal and dead during the collector base.  You would not know who the fook his son is so you’d prolly get the mission through email or Hackett, then you’d take your squad in. 
Sometime down the line if thane is alive (does not have to be with you)  You get the option to get a cure at the cost of some hanar/drell war assets or something.  Maybe the price of the cure is rather great and the resources could have been better spent on drell weapons to fit their armies… Give and take.  Now kai lang could still get the better of thane as he’s still recovering, but this can have him survive the stab and give better closure later on to those who romanced him. ( the stabbing would also explain why he cant continue to follow you even though he is better) 
This dlc would be available after you talk to thane for the first time, or after you’d normally talk to thane the first time if he’s dead or you miss him. 
But wait! Bioware does not want to hire all your old squad mates back?  Replace them with a hanar biotic and various drell characters for the mission, infact you can do this with all four dlc ideas. 
Just got to hire back based on who the dlc actually involves. 


Batarian pirate DLC.  Do you miss the darker side of mass effect 2?  Get turned on by four eyes? If you answered yes  then get ready for the greatest dlc idea EVER!   
Jacob and if he’s not alive then brynn have been captured on route to the catalyst…oh noes!  Who would dare?!   Oh…by none other then a large fleet of  surviving batarian pirates.   We all know batarians no longer have a huge army  and this would be the best way to represent them.   
So you get contacted by brynn if Jacob is alive, or random Cerberus scientist if Jacob is not. ( Much simpler then thanes) and go in on a simple rescue mission.  Fight inside a cool looking batarian ship, fight a new(old) enemy in blue son mercs or  batarian pirates with varren . All simple and too the point, well that is until you rescue Jacob/brynn early on and find out exactly what’s going on. 
The batarian leader is not all there and its up to you  Jacob/brynn( shed be an engineer type)  and a badass Batarian to get to the bottom of this.    You find out he’s indoctrinated and  the reapers have been tying to find out exactly what everyone’s doing.   So this is a fight not only to help free the  batarians ( or be a dick and kill them off) but to stop reapers from learning about the catalyst! 
Yeeeah and about the romance, I mean you hired back on Jacobs VA you might as well just SLIGHTLY Tweak some of the voices orrr have it all dramatic and have Jacob admit he still loves her.    
This mission would become available after you did Jacobs mission. ( obviously)  




WTF we need more salarian involvement in me3 dlc ( cause I’m biased).   So!  Miranda gives you a lead on an old Cerberus  base , in which the scientists were experimenting on “hatching” an army BEFORE they got the one they already have.   So you raid a underground Cerberus base ( could be in a volcanoes man! Volcanoes are awesome… >.>  just saying) and you find no Cerberus troops  but a gang of salarian STG cleaning up and being boss like salarians always are. Hold on to your pant’s kids! They are about to uncover something very unsettling.
A collector hive, Cerberus was trying to control collectors sometime during and after me2 and were getting pretty close before The illusive man disbanded the project.  But wait! Soon you get attacked by reawakened Collectors, then comes out a BA lone STG survivor ( or two if Miranda is dead)   and the three of you go forth clear out one of Cerberus’s many dark secrets or perhaps for the more ….dangeresqe… of us …to find a way to control them as a war asset.  
Why would this be awesome? Adds  a collector enemy type, has Miranda closure   ANDDDD  salarian stg. The issue is in the fact that I don’t think one dlc can contain that much awesome.
This dlc would be available after mirandas mission ( late in the game I know but hey, it makes sense)  and be given by Miranda herself or oriana ( who would obviously not accompany you). 



For the last one…take jack her students …biotic elcors and profit. ( actually I’m still stuck on this one) 


This helps to add more closure for  your old partners and you may as well go all out as this is the LAST of the trilogy, it helps to add war assets and involve some of the races bioware was unable to add before….as well as a chance to completely fix TWO broken romances. ( Jacob and thane) 
It add’s thing many people want, but in small doses.   Like a batarian squad made, or even a hanar one.
