World of Warcraft is a game that has replay value but I can also see me playing Dragon Age again once I get to the end with different characters and difficulty

Easy:

Chess

Freecell

Hearts

Internet Backgammon

Internet Checkers

Internet Spades (superb one of the best games I've ever played)

Spider Solitaire

Mahjong Titans

Purble Place ~ truly amazing

But no sarcasm aside I think the last game that had true reply value for me was Fallout 3. I just wanted to play the game through multiple times to check out different combos of mods and what not. Oblivion was the same for that matter, then FCOM came along so I didn't have to worry.

Borderlands and Left4dead are two of the more recent ones, Borderlands I am playing right now together with 2 buddies and we are on our 3rd character each :)

Although those are not exactly single player games so...I played Fallout 3 a second time with all DLC but I never made it to the end. Same with Half-Life 2 Orange Box.
Back in the day I played BG 1+2, PS:T and KOTOR again and now that I think about it several other games actually, Resident Evil, System Shock 2, Deus Ex1 and Max Payne just to name a few non-rpgs...but I cant really say any of these games had real replay value. I was just bored...

I am planning on playing Mass Effect again starting somewhere before the end of the year. One of the rare cases I am really looking forward to!

DA:O has some replay value but it becomes a bit limited during or after the second time due to the pre-placed enemies and lack of new moral options to explore.

Deus Ex, while far less sizey than many games, seems to pull me back over and over again. Just an amazing game.

I also think KOTOR has good replay value because you can play the game in two extremes, light and dark, both of which are very satisfying (unlike DA's "evil" route which I didn't find very rewarding at all).

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, one of the best RPGs of the decade after user community patching.

Just looking at games that have current replay value (a.k.a. will probably get taken out of the box again or are still installed)

Fallout 3 - Finished it three times with vanilla version (with eventually some mods), but with goty out and tons of new mods i'm sure to play it again.

Dragon Age - ok, first playthrough atm, but see myself doing several

Civilization 4 - A game i pick up once every couple of months, personal fav. game ever probably, most played definately if looking at the full series, been playing this since the old Atari days.

Company of Heroes - Great for a simple in-between game, just play skirmish/coop for an hour or two and put it on ice again. Think I play this once or twice a month

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - most replayable SP shooter around in my view. Normal SP FPS get one or two runs at most. Done with MP shooters for some years, after spending WAY too much time on CS 0.6-1.6 (at 1.6 clan disbanded, because the game had gotten so ****ed up and newbie friendly we decided to quit, never found a game that gave me the same feel afterwards).

Planescape: Torment actually does not have a replay value in the strict sence of pure playing but its atmosphere and emotions it triggers are worth trying to enter the same river twice. I succeeded in doing so, albeit I had to wait several years.

Similar reasons were for replaying System Shock 2 which game seems to be designed exactly according to my fears - every sound scares me and especially Cyborg Midwifes. Although the story is not original at all (Alien-like), gameplay is outstanding and atmosphere just indescribable.

Baldurs Gate - I definitely overplayed this game. I think I had 7 finished walkthroughs through BG2 total, and about 50 started games. I totally loved the Sorcerer class, because it kept me busy optimizing the spell selection. BG1 wasnt half as fascinating in comparison. Also, magic was truely magic in BG2. No mage was a pushover.

KotOR - I didnt expected much from this one, to be honest. KotOR made me a Star Wars fan and I think I did about 10 finished walkthroughs - at least 3 of them where evil female Jedi Guardians where I wanted to kill Carth. Somehow I never managed to get this ending. Thinking about it, that was maybe because you had to be good in the beginning to get the romance ? I dont know.

Vampire: Bloodlines - Each of the seven vampire type was different, if at all, though the three "standard ones" (Ventrue, Brujah, Toreador) where not that different. Sadly the game gets super hard in the final stages, I have to enable godmode to stand a chance there.

NWN2 - I never actually finished a second walkthrough, for its a looooong game.

NWN2 SoZ - OMG the final battle is just SO hard. I definitely should play again and optimize my group even more this time. Otherwise this game was big, big fun.

Dragon Age - I have started it already about 20 times. Only sad thing: my favorite class, mage, only gets one single Origin. Its a good one though.

Star Control 2, Have played this countless times originally and still more since finding it as an upgraded free download.

Deux Ex and Max Payne still hold a place in my heart.

Balders Gate. I remember getting my LRP group to make a sound and picture set and then made a party based on us.
Then got the group leader to control the party and walk around the ankheg level.

Masters of Orion 2, shame the 3rd one wasnt as good

Plants and Zombies Vasebreaker, got to level 38 so far, too addictive

Dark Age of Camelot, this MMO took many years of my life but i will always remember the relic raids i ran.

Those games would be
Neverwinter Nights 2 Storm of Zehir
Sacred 2
Civilization 2 (I have 3 & 4 too, but 2 were a better game)
And also the Baldurs Gate series I still play now and then altough I seldom play long enough to reach Baldurs Gate itself. I must have made several hundred characters over the years.

Online games I played for a year or more;
ultima online (1997-2000 and again at the 10 years celebration in 2007 for a month or 3. I really love their skillsystem)
Everquest 1 and 2 (2000-2003)
World of warcraft (not sure if it was 2004 or 2005)
Dungeons and Dragons online; Stormreach (the first year, became too boring after a while.)

Haven't played online games for a couple of years now but if a D&D online game comes around I will. Sadly I do not belive there are any in the making and I doubt any D&D 3.5 or 4th edition games will ever be made.
I also loved Ultima online and if there ever is made another game based on this game world I would play that too.

Far Cry 2 (I just enjoy running around - shooting the crap out of anything with a pulse ROFL).

Seriously - I'd have to say Oblivion, Fallout 3, Stalker Series, Splinter Cell Series, Dawn of War series.

And let's not forget Duke Nukem 3D - Hail to the King Baby!

Replayable games are a rare thing nowadays... I barely remember them.

I know I played Metal Gear Solid 20 times (still the best MGS of them all).
Devil May Cry 3, until I unlocked all the stuff.
Replayed Kingdom Hearts I and II several times.
I play KotoR and Shenmue still at least once a year. Those two would probably be my favourite games of all time, next to Ocarina of Time.

Most of these don't even support replays in terms of unlockables etc. they are just so awesome.

Any time I heard that horrible "Little ones need love and care", I was scared s-h-i-t-less, not mentioning situations when some of them just popped out from behind a corner. Hybrids were also pretty coll with their "We seek, we seek" or "Silence is discord". I can still hear them btw.

I must discuss it with my shrink.
