You guys make me cry. So I pull out BG1 and found only the original manual from 1998. Recalled being single and rather lonely and BG1 was a joy to play on a crappy HP computer. BG2 found the whole thing manual and disc for the Mac. It was so unstable but I love it so much that I just kept on playing from previous saves. Found Fallout 2 as well. But didn't find my beloved Fallout 1.

lol, tougher question than I imagined considering you are asking what games ACTUALLY had replay value rather than games that I replayed just for the experience.
Let's see
Privateer 2 - Freelancer sucked
Fallout 2 / 3 - took me a while to warm to the latter, it's a good game in its own right but doesn't feel like Fallout
BGII / Throne of Bhaal and PS: T - truly the pinnacle of WRPGs, still can't say I've played the game 100%
Final Fantasy VII - the lord of ALL rpgs, flame on!
Morrowind - I remember loving it the moment I heard the opening theme; it still has some of the most interesting world and equipment design of any RPG, despite the dated graphics.
The Witcher (enhanced) - one of the best games ever; immersive, deep, and doesn't skimp on the adult themes... true dark fantasy
DA: O is good but will not be joining this list.

The only games I've ever finished more than once were BG1 and Ultima IV. I've started (a second, third, fourth time...) all the Ultimas, BG2, NWN 1&2, Icewind Dale 1&2, but never been able to get all the way through. The story for me is 90% and I think it's just not as interesting for me when I know what's going to happen. I'll definitely try with DA:O (which I love) once I finish the first time, but I'll be surprised if I finish it.

Planescape: Torment actually does not have a replay value in the strict sence of pure playing but its atmosphere and emotions it triggers are worth trying to enter the same river twice. I succeeded in doing so, albeit I had to wait several years.
Similar reasons were for replaying System Shock 2 which game seems to be designed exactly according to my fears - every sound scares me and especially Cyborg Midwifes. Although the story is not original at all (Alien-like), gameplay is outstanding and atmosphere just indescribable.
I also have a an incredibly strong fear of Cyborg Midwives. There was this time when I was younger...*shudders:crying:
Yes, I've never played a scarier game. I was actually scared to enter new rooms, and sometimes I'd just want to huddle some place safe and give up. One of those things where you have to remind yourself "it's just a game".

prototype and resident evil 5. with both games i started a new game on the highest difficulty as soon as i had finished first playthrough. both were just really fun to play. much more so than i expected them to be. re5 i think i played 3 times in row and then some mercenaries mode too. now that i started thinking about it i really want to play prototype again.
of course civilization games are kings as far as single player games go. especially civ2 for me.
mass effect i've gone through 2 times. 2nd one was kind of a chore though since the actual gameplay isnt that much fun for the most part and i had already seen most of the different choices.
nwn2 & bg2 i've gone through at least half a dozen times both. nwn1 i think i only played twice all the way to the end.
morrowind i only played through once, but that was like a 200 hour game. so at least it has very high first play through value.
fallout 3 twice.
oblivion was kind of meh after initial excitement.
as far as multiplayer games go battlefield 2 is easily the number one for me. i still play it sometimes and its old as dirt. despite its age it beats the crap out of any cod game out there.

Not counting MMOs
Romance of the three kingdoms - It was the first time I really played against a computer opponent in a game setting.
Civilization 1-4 - Uh it's f'n Civilization no explination needed
Rollercoaster Tycoon - I always loved the simplicity of the game and the little world that I got to build with it.
Halo 2 (online) - Many many nights I stayed up playing online
Project Gothem Racing 2 - Was a very fun racing game in both single player and online, even if online wasn't always about racing but crashing into each other.

Uncharted 2. The game doesn't even have really all that much replay value. It's just such an amzing game that I want to play through it again, and again.
Demon's Souls. It's an amazing game with more replay value than it looks like on the surface. It's like Monster Hunter in that way. I summon some Souls to play co-op, and we play. Or I enter other people's games as a villain and try and frustrate them. It's very unique in that.
Sacred 2 Fallen Angel. God, this game is outstanding when it comes to replay value. Loot grinding at it's finest. And I've never experienced a game with such deep stat building. It's actually TOO deep for a novice. You can really break a character. But once you learn the basics of building each class, it's great. IMO the game's actually more fitting for console play. I think console player will like it more after playing Dragon Age, if they looking for a similar game play experience just much less story driven with online loot grinding.
Killzone 2. I just can't get enough of Killzone 2 online. And I don't even see any FPS coming in the next year that will replace that experience for me. Maybe Alien vs Predator, but after seeing that game's online, it looks ultra repetetive and unbalanced.
Oblivion....Obviously. I didn't even move on to another RPG until Sacred 2 came out on PS3. I still go back from time to time
Unreal Tournament 3. It's the first console FPS with true mod support. Truly infinite replayability. I still download a map or 2 a week along with various other mods like characters and muts.
Monster Hunter. My favorite ARPG of all time. I only stopped playing because the servers were shut down. Between my 3 characters I had 1600 (sixteen hundred) hours just online.
When I wasn't playing Monster Hunter at the time, I was playing Champions of Norrath Return to Arms. LOVED that game. My father still plays it.
I can't wait for Heavy Rain when it comes to replayability. It seems like it's going to be the epitome of the term. I looks to be a game you could literally play 20 times and have a different experience every time. Highly anticipated.
And also Gran Turismo 5. When it comes to replayability, I can't see any racing game have more. Not only is it a complete GT game, but also a NASCAR game, and a WRC game. 3 racing games in one.....yea.....I'll be playing that for YEARS.

@Larry L: I love MH and MH2. Excellent game.
@all: I can't believe I'm the only one here who liked Xenogears. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
Oh, and they aren't RPG's, but ICO and Shadow of the Colossus were awesome and I played those several times through.

Ultima Underworld 1
DSA (RoA) 2 - Sternenschweif (Star Trail)
Starfleet Academy
Baldur's Gate 2
Civilization 4
I've started DAO 4 times, progressing further each time. I'd like to relive some situations with different chars / origins, but I don't feel like playing through the mage tower a 3rd time, or running through the Deep Roads again. At least not right now ... or actually, I don't have time unless I skip all the conversation too, and then it doesn't feel right.

I won't inlclude mmorgs, which I have fully given up on now.
Oblivion: My most heavily modded game, by myself and others. In all, I have over 200+ mods loaded. This
is even with me merging mods to consolidate them, so if I stripped out all the mods I merged and counted them as a single mod as they originally were, I'd say there around 400+ mods in my game. If someone looked at my Oblivion game, they might not recognize it even if they have played it. Everything is modded - to the textures of the ground and trees, to the way spells work, to landmarks and areas, to combat, to mounts, etc. I have the collector's edition from when it came out, and have not stopped playing it since. I have done the main quest maybe 3 or 4 times....only because I can play the game and alls its modded quests without end. I still haven't concluded Shivering Isles (I was about to before Dragon Age came out!), and I still haven't completed some custom quests in Oblivion (namely Gates of
Asgaard and the Spires). This is probably the longest I have ever played a single player game, and still my ultimate favorite.
Empire: Total War. I'm still playing totally yummy, and totally different strategy from previous Total War series. I still play Rome: Total War as well. I have modded alot of the textures in it to be higher resolution.
Fallout 3: I introduced a mod for all the companions in the game, which allows for broader options. I also have the game heavily modded through other's efforts, along with the modded DLC's. I have played through the core game 4 or 5 times with different characters, but through all the mods and DLCs? Maybe once. I'm still playing it.
Dragon Age: This holds great potential. I've already been fooling around with the toolset and have modded in (and realeased a mod), but the toolset isn't as "user friendly" as the Construction Set for Fallout or Oblivion, for example. It will take some time, but with time, will come some very good mods and additions to the game. Myself, I'm delving deeping into the toolset to see what it would take to create a unique quest and area on the map for a local "hideout" of the Crows who give you quests to assassinate others in the various towns and cities.
The Witcher (enhanced version): Have modded this one too, but its not easy to mod. Still, I find myself coming back to it again and again.
Vampire, The Masquerade: Yea, I have this one very much modded, especially with meshes and textures, and I still find myself playing it from time to time, despite the fact that I know what will be happening in the end and the story.
Other than that, I still have favorite games, but these are the ones that I keep coming back to and "tweaking" from time to time.....or all the time!

Dragon Age Origins.
Awesome dialog between companions combined with
a breathtaking scenery and combatsystem.
Icewind Dale - II.
Can never get enough of this game, playing through with 3-4 chars instead
of 6, making it fun. Good story and hard fights.
Baldur's Gate.
Simply amazing game. Will never forget the first time i tried killing Drizzt....*game over*.
Titan Quest.
If you haven't bought it, buy it.
Ghost Recon.
Cool RTS-fps with tactics.
X3 - Terran Conflict.
The game you never really stop playing. The mother of all sandboxgames.
A graphical orgie and never ending things to do. Suffers from poor AI though.

Halo 3. That's the last one, but only for multiplayer.
Otherwise, I'd say Oblivion...love that one.

There was one game that I literally played "to hell and back again"
Diablo II: Lord of Destruction!
Played on Battle.net, took a single character through normal, nightmare and hell mode, then retired that one and started again!

Diablo I and II (LAN parties, yay)
Baldurs gate (a brazilian times)
Baldurs gate II (story line was AWESOME)
Majesty (the original)
Every dang "Total war" game (lost count)
Those must be my top replayable games off the top of my head

Fallout 1, 2 and 3. Not the traditional RPG, but still a kind of free-form RPG that's less linear and constrained than BG series of games or DA:O.
I expect DA has some replay value due to all the choices you make affecting gameplay
