I've been fiddling with the toolset trying to make a new class and am running into some trouble. I think i've narrowed down my problem...but I have no idea why its happening and how to fix it.
I modified the sys_chargen.nss....however the game does not appear to be using it. I've exported it from the toolset and movie it to the module_name/core/override/toolsetexport folder, and cleaned up the packages/core/override/toolsetexport folder however the gmae still does not appear to want to use it.
I'm in the process of reinstalling everything (and hoping THAT will fix it) but does anyone know what might cause this problem?

I don't know the cause of the problem off the top of my head, but I do know someone wrote a tutorial on adding new classes, so perhaps the answer lies in there somewhere.

I would suggest not modifying it directly, but instead making a copy of it with a prefix of your own, then using that as your module script; I believe this is how the Backgrounds tutorial on the wiki does it.

Mhmm I'll give that a try after I finish reinstalling everything. I don't suppose you know how to tie that into the SP campaign, eh?
