I really hope a gigantic Mass Effect fanbase shows up formed into 3 groups, wearing red, blue, and green respectively.

That idea made me laugh. It would be awesome.

I mean, there's something to be said for standing up for your cause. Going to PAX and asking poignant questions, being easily identified as a Retake member so the media can spot you, and NOT behaving like an idiot so negative press overwhelms the message we're trying to get out.

Feel free to glare daggers at the panel, though.

I was going to go to pax, glad I didn't. I'm not a calm person.

Do not act like the monsters that sections of the media portrays the movement to be made of.
Be respectful but stern.

Someone please mention space magic!

I expect absolutly nothing will happen. Questioners will be screened, problem solved.

Hell even if win at the court of public opinion they still lose. They've got thousands of disappointed fans who are incredibly uneasy about future purchases of Bioware products. Attempting to alienate that many consumers to win a public opinion poll would be mind boggingly stupid.

Ya I wouldn't want to be the person in charge of their next project.

They probably won't cancel, what they'll do is give some big notice about upcoming DLC or 'clarifications' to those of us unhappy with the endings, hoping the angry mob will take the bait and go back to being happy fans.

Those who are going to PAX should organize and be prepared to still ask the hard questions, because this is going to be the big moment for a direct QA.

They are going to cancel, they have to.

What? After Gabe and Mike worked so hard at brown-nosing?
They'll be devastated. :(

I don't agree with specifically calling out indoctrination theory, but I fully expect them to address their plans for the ending before they even sit down. To do anything else is to invite a maelstrom of nerdrage.

Bioware isn't going to blot this one out with pre rendered questions, expect an announcement that they wont be coming.

Also expect a lame excuse.

Your getting excited over nothing. Nothing will happen. The audience will be loaded, soft questions will be asked, the defiant will be booed down. See also, DC at Comicon.

I wouldn't blaming Bioware for not showing up, I'd be hiding under my desk after an uproar of this scale, too.

Would rather stick bamboo under my fingernails than go to a gamer convention. Ugh, I think I outgrew those when I was 15...wait, they didn't exist when I was 15. I think it was only Star Trek conventions back then.

Can someone film the panel for me? I'm willing to pay for footage in virtual cookies.

Im really curious to see how people react at PAX
If there will be a massive anti-ending crowd
Or if it will end up just being a few people

People at PAX are almost always the nicest people you will ever meet :)

The Q&A is just going to be really painful to sit though, even more so then normal Q&As.

Maybe they realize that this could be bad, and they have some sort of announcement for that DLC Muzyka spoke of, all ready to deflect the tomatoes of hate.

Unless they're making people enter their convention without their shoes on, I have the perfect ammo to hit that discussion panel...
