I started my second play through a couple of days ago and something wierd happened today.  My mousewheel stopped responding. It isn't cycling weapons while on missions and isn't scrolling codex entries like it did through my entire first playthrough and a couple of days of this second one.  I am updating my mouse drivers to one released Wednesday as I type this but would that cause ME to not work with it when it works for web pages.
