I'm not saying the endings aren't worth changing, or that there's no point in commenting on them. What I'm saying is that the vitriol and repeated posting of the phrase "Hold the Line" could very well turn cannabalistic in the vaccuum.
New people will continue to be punched in the gut by the endings, and there's always a good use for constructive criticism and meme-goodness, especially to help bring the new people up to speed. What I'm stating is that we need to be damn sure of message control, and that means knowing when to hold our cards.
At this point, there's more to be gained from working WITH Bioware than raging against them. If they haven't understood the problem yet, they never will, and there's far more to gain from good faith cooperation than adversarial posting.
To the person talking about union picket lines: that is a flawed analogy. The union and the company are at odds in their goals, competing directly for resources. We are the consumers, and it is in Bioware's best interest to please us. Let's not make ourselves too expensive (in time and effort) to work with. We need to make sure it's clear that we're upset IN FAVOR OF THE GAME, not against them. "Enemy" dialogue helps no one.
I'm not saying blindly trust them. They burned us, bad, and I think they realize it. If they're still the company I hope they are, they'll try and pull through, but it will take time, and we need to understand that and be firm but constructive. If they are not that company, then no amount of protesting will salvage ME from the dumpster, because they do not care, anymore. We gain nothing from continued anger and parrot-posting of "Hold the Line".
TL;DR: Holding the line is fine, posting "hold the line" without content and context is self-destructive at this point.
