The main thing with turian soldier is maxing out marksman and his passive and fitness. Go for weapon damage and headshot on passive and go for max firing rate on marksman. I personally take the shorter duration marksman because i like getting it back faster so when i have to reload my black widow i can just press marksman to autoreload and fire 6 BW shots back to back.
I use a black widow on it because i like sniping but if you want no challenge and kill everything super fast you should try the raider.
Also i never waste my recharge time on concussive shot or proxy mine i dont have any points in either.
Your role as a turian soldier = locate enemy spawn and kill enemies so fast that you dont even need to stand behind cover.
