In this heated debate about DLC and cost/content etc.
I just want to note a real rip-off from a gaming company SOE we  all know and love./sarcasm off

Just came out with underfoot expasion pack well first of all it is Digital Donload only , no packing no publisher to pay. and guess what EVerquest 14th expasion pack costs?

39.99!! yeah that right and they justify by saying it includes whole game to,. you cannot just buy expansion alone you must buy all. And any EQ'ers MMORPG's players know your pretty much forced to buy the expansion if you wish to contiune with your guild or friends.

SO IMHO SOE beats EA in dirball tactics EQ is a sinking ship but they sure will milk the tittt as much as they can....Jezzz now that equates to over 500$ in just software not montly fee my wife has incured due to there methods. It just bad having to be forced to spend money., or loss all you had before, I.E your in a high end guild you dont get content you booted.

So the nickle/dime tactics could be worse of EA., I dont blame Bioware. they prolly have no say in how much content or cost.
