First of, im sorry to bother you once again, but since EA Support is no able to help, you are my best shot at finding the solution. I have been poking around the forum to see if I could find similar problems with no luck or I did find others with the same problem, no sollution worked. I have been in contact wit Origin support several times and re-installed ME3 and Origin once or twice a day for over a week now.
Short briefing:
1st install: I could see the game was running in Origin, but when I opened Taskmanager it was emty just like my screen
2nd install: Now it told me that I needed to be administrator in order to finalize the installation
- I am the only user of my PC an therefor the admin - but I created another admin account after consulting with Origin support, that didn't help.
- Only thing diffrent from my original useraccount to the new one is, that the auto-run pups up by it self
3rd install: Finally I no longer need to be admin in order to finalize the installation. But then once again I try to start the game from the shortcut - nothing - I tried to run directly from the disk (now it wants to install again) and lastly I tried to run it from the location it is installed and from Origin it self
- Every other game shortcut results in nothing at all
- Running from the disk - I hear the Drive humming and then it stops and the language selection followed by install window pups up.
- Running from Origin, Origin stops responding
8th+ install: Now the game is not installed correctly and wants me to repair but when I do the same message pups up when i try to run the game...
I have made sure that all drivers are up to date, ME3 says it is up to date, Origin says it is up to date
When I launch ME3 through Origins it shows ME3 as playing, but nothing pups up in my task manager Its like ME3 is running stealth on my computer with no way to communicate with it or stop it. When I try to shut down my PC I have to cut the power otherwise it just stands there like if it was frozen though I can start new task if I want to.
I have a picture of it, but I'm not sure how to post pics here and if that would help anything. I just know that this is really strange and that I have never experience anything like it before. I'm running out of patience and possible solutions - and EA support ain't worth the time.
After updating everything and reinstalling it suddenly says my game isn't installed properly and that I should repair and update it. I have done that - twice and it is still saying that my game is not installed properly...
Further more - each time I try to launch ME3 through Origin, it stops responding - forcing me to kill the power in order to restart the application and/or the computer...
Hopefully someone in here can help shed some light on my problem, cause Im loosing my patience with support
Thank you in advance
