Currently respec cards come as random gold cards in packs. This is bad for two reasons:
1. People who receive one but don't need it are ticked off because it's a gold card that nothing to help during missions (it's not equipment).
2. People who need one have no way of reliably getting one.

Solution: sell them separately, and possibly just take them out of the random packs altogether. Pricetag, idunno, anywhere between 20 and 40k would be fine, I imagine.
