Seconded, as I came to the game way too late for promo stuff and I'm not even sure the promotion ran here anyway. Wouldn't mind being able to play with the Blackstorm heavy weapon as well.

I doubt it. There aren't even any codes being sold on ebay. Given the recent release of ME3, I'm sure bioware will be too busy with ME3 PR to answer an ME2 related question, especially about promo DLC.

Meh I doubt it beside Death Mask was probably most useful for anything except maybe insanity (assuming you aren't using other dlc stuff)

The question was HOW, not WHY.

The answer to HOW is YOU CAN'T.

Still couldn't find it myself. The promotion is long gone and the Sentry Interface looks awesome when I was playing the PS3 version. Just bought ME2 for the PC recently after finding out that my low end laptop can play it well on low setting.

I just recently had a chat with EA about this same problem. The basic explanation is that after the Dr Pepper Promotion finished, EA/Bioware just shut down the entire systems that gave out these items. IMO They shot themselves in the foot, because anyone who wants to buy the game now will NEVER get these items. I understand Lekwid said it first, but I'd rather explain why you just cannot get these items. Stay classy EA

That sucks. EA/Bioware is begging people that got this game late to get it the pirate way.

Yea even though I brought the PS3 version a few months back (for the new engine and trophys etc) and payed for the recon gear and the terminus gear, speaking to an EA rep I was told they can't even transfer or unlock the gear for the PC version even tho I have brought their game twice and have legally obtained all my other gear.
After getting Mass Effect 3 for PC I decided to play through 2 again on PC and wanted to use the recon stuff and decided to fire them a few messages since theres no way to get those two sets on the PC anymore. I payed for the content on PS3, and the Pre-order for Mass Effect 2 is long long gone, and the Mountian Dew promo is over, but I did have a code someone gave me to give to them, and they still wouldn't do it. So I wouldn't hold my breath

Yeah miss the promo too. I think if they still care a bit for the ME2 players, they should release them in a free dlc pack. Sure they were supposedly to be special items, but come on, it wouldn't hurt and I don't think it will take that much time, to package them and upload them for download.

I saved up for a long time for a computer that was able to handle the ME games. In fact, Mass Effect 2 was pretty much the only reason I bothered to buy a better computer. It bums me out a little that I can't access all the coolness just because I couldn't raise the cash quick enough.

You could always download the helmets from sites like pirate bay. I have the game for the xbox360 and if I wanted to get them that way I would not be able to play games over xbox live so I am hoping I meet some one with the dlc so I could do a license transfer none of my friends play the game. I am also hoping I meet someone with the blue flames in halo reach since I nor my friends did not have an iphone last summer to get the blue flame permenetly.

More chance now you've mentioned it in BioWare's social forums, I'd have thought.pilinga wrote...

That was a real answer. They certainly can block accounts and have done so in the past - something I knew of via Google before I even had a BioWare account - and here you are drawing attention to the fact you've got DLC from a torrent site by asking about it on the game maker's own forums.
You might be okay because they're busy with ME3 these days and don't seem to look in here much, and maybe they might even be not all that concerned about elderly promotional DLC anyway. But what you're doing by announcing you have pirated DLC here is a bit like taking someone's car and leaning on the horn while driving past their house in it. Subtle, it ain't.

Now the multi-pack is being released, and PS3 is getting ME1, it would be a nice gesture for the rest of us if this extra DLC were made available since PS3 has all this for free anyway. They could add it to a mini patch that resolved the EA server auto logon bug at the same time. I don't think I'm being unrealistic in my request as it shouldn't take much effort from BW to make happen. Should it?
