Buying Packs: Lost BioWare Points, Didn't Get Pack

So, I had some leftover BioWare points after splurging on Mass Effect 2 DLC to play through the series with. I spent my leftovers on some ME3 multiplayer packs. I got most of them, except my last purchase. My last one was a Spectre Pack, and it ended up processing incorrectly, as the little error message told me. It kept not working, so I contacted support, and they sent me to post here.
So, here's me posting here.

If you get the message that the purchase failed, exit the store and re-enter. It will search for outstanding purchases.
It may not happen on the first try, just exit end re-enter again, you willl get it!!
It worked for me the 3 times i got this error.
Hopefully it works for you too
EDIT: just make sure you DO NOT exit the game, or you WILL loose points/credits.

Really?I contacted support, and they sent me to post here.
Are you sure that you lost the pack? Sometimes you get the "purchase failed" error but still get the upgrades

I went in and out of the store 5 times to see if it would process. It wouldn't. So I contacted help via Origin, and they directed me to post here about it.

Yes really. And I have no way of directly checking if the pack came through or not, save for the fact I didn't see any bonus EXP or any weapon changes after the purchase attempt failed.
I'm also very pleased to see that I'm supposed to get community support about my purchase errors with a company. That's just fantastic.

Think I have tried re-entering the store a couple time before to no avail. I will try it again tho just to confirm if I lose more credits.
