They send an auto email explaining that they are unable to receive incoming messages on that address, and point you to ea support webpage that has 7000 articles on their knowledge base not one pertaining to the question at hand. You lucked out.

i got my armour ... its easy, just follow the setup. only chestplate is free, you have to buy the others from vendor in camp.
