It's all good and fun, but only up to the point when you realize how much you've played, how many gold matches have you finished, how good you are with your class... Only to realize that you're pretty sick repeating all the same tedious, not-fun-anymore crappy gameplay across 6 maps, against, duh, cerb-geth-reap.
What exactly were you expecting? You knew there were three enemy types, six levels, and three difficulty settings when you started playing.

And you can't even get a weapon you want, no matter how many credits you have. Lololo-trololo at this idiotic system. I'm starting to think that it'll actually come to the point where I'll abandon the MP completely, with all the useless shotguns and SMGs maxed, without having not one single N7-rarity weapon of my choice. I have Disciple level VI, Geth Shotgun V, Anti-ThresherMaw shotgun level V, all silver SMGs pretty much VIII-X, hell even Claymore level IV. Widow is still level II, and a Black variant is just a high hope.
If you can't get the weapon you want, try using the weapons you have. I know it's a bit of a stretch but you might even like one of them.

I play as a Salarian Infiltrator, and of course I prefer Sniper Rifles. If I had loved shotguns nearly as much as the game thinks I do, I would've played Vanguard or at least a Krogan class. But now, I just don't feel the game to be rewarding anymore. I finish Gold matches, one after one, spend credits and nothing happens. I get some **** I'll never use, so what's the point? Nothing evolves for me, and I'm in no power to change that. The spartanian variety of enemies and maps even makes things worse.
The Mantis and Viper are both excellent sniper rifles. Your unwillingness to try anything new doesn't help your argument. Heck, I'm nearly N7 level 300 and still haven't unlocked the salarian infiltrator... but my fun doesn't hinge on unlocking a specific weapon or racial class.

This topic is meant to point the devs towards their main flaws with this mode.
So, Bioware, either you give me a Normandy-styled shop where I can buy a Black Widow for 250k credits, or it's minus me from this EXTREMELY addictive mode. So addictive that I don't know why I even bother, at this point, launching Origin anymore. No more Goliath championships won't save you. Not for long.
Look, if you don't want to play the game, don't play the game. Don't demand that Bioware basically play the game for you and reward you with all you want for a small sum of credits.
