I'm pretty sure that there's a lot of false advertisements from Bioware/EA where you can get "this and that" scenario, but is it there any case at all in this?
Query to law-related people: ME 3 advertisments were sort of false right? Is there merit in the FTC complaints?

I am pretty sure there were many examples and citations from various people in Bioware stating particular scenes will be in ME3 package, couldn't this lead to better sales (and by that, it could be millions of dollars in revenue) due to deceptive sale pitches?
