I've redeemed 2 Collector Rifle codes (from Dark Horse) for Mass Effect 3 multiplayer yesterday on Bioware Social, but when I went into the game to collect the rifle there was only 1 pack available. And the 2nd one wasn't showing up.
And EA support wanted me to post this problem here. So, please, anyone in the dev team, please look into this!

I understand that there are people posting this problem on other sections of the forum. I just wanna post it here in the PC tech support since they're on different platforms.

I had similar problem. I have redeemed 3 codes at the same time. 2 from Dark Horse for Collector's Rifle and 1 from Alienware for M-90 Indra Sniper Rifle.

All codes have been successfully redeemed according to Origin but the M-90 pack has never shown up... though the 2 codes for Collectors Rifle did work.

This one, I can explain.

The M-90 pack is single player only. Start up a single player game, go to your weapon locker on the normandy, and bam, it should be there.

I am having the OP's problem, except I redeemed 3 codes and only got 1 pack. 

I think that we should keep our responses in a single thread. Yes, it's hard to find, but the more unified the thread, the higher the probability that someone will read it and not ignore us as complaining spammers.

It glitches out if you redeem the codes all together. Only way around is to redeem, then claim, then redeem and claim again.

Same thing here... I even conteacted EA...thier answer. We're sorry we have no knowledge of this promotion
