Voted as well.

I have seen some of us talk about units sold. Has anyone actually done a poll on how many of us own more than one game of me3? As for myself I own 3 units of me3. one for me on pc and another on xbox. my recent purchase is one for another pc version of me3 which I have on hold for a birthday present for my boyfriend.

Good God.
You deserve the free DLC more than anybody!

Thanks

The reason I had to buy so many was because my boyfriend only plays on pc and my bestfriend only xbox <_<

Shouldn't you get three votes?

He also dresses as an SS officer when he plays video games for immersion. Just saying

Oh yeah I remember blacqout now, from
this thread: http:/social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/9389089/1.
He's strangely obsessed with that default Femshep contest and is some
sort of pseudo-intellectual dilettante who wishes he was James Bond or
something, iirc. I don't know, he's not worth violating the TOS over, so
until a mod one day catches on to his shtick and cares enough to act,
it's best just to regard him as a wacky and unintentionally funny
internet character.

Please, i'm not an amateur.

I'm looking at achievement / trophy figures, which gives a more accurate depiction of the number of people that have played and actually finished the game than sales figures.

*Shakes head* That is not true data *sighs* this is nothing.  You are just stabbing in the dark.  I will tell you this, those are not accurate numbers for those of us who have more than one game.  I have still to give my me3 pc that I bought for my boyfriend and he has not played it.  My xbox only has it installed and my brother gave it a stab.  Still not true numbers.  Only my own game that I have on pc has actually completed the game.

He keeps using the word "correct" in that thread as if Shepard wasn't fully customisable in game.

Yet another example of the Retake movement troops being mobilised to manipulate an opinion poll.

How is voting honestly in a poll we've been made aware of "manipulating" it?  You make it sound like any democratic type of vote is manipulation.

How much time have you spent on this forum, if you don't mind me asking. It's quite clear that the most vocal visitors do not like the ending one little bit.

Now, this poll has nothing to with the story or campaign, does it. It was posted in this forum to reach a specific group.

It would be interesting if you people would just let the intended voters have their say. We already know what you think.

What, you don't think that as a player of the game I'm part of the intended voting audience?  What a ridiculous assertion.  It's there for the players!

Thats YOUR problem. You've decided. Who the heck are you? The movement accuracy guru. You don't decide. You have an opinion. It is NO better than anyone elses opinion.

You work at the embassy eh? Hmm, prob a politician. They always think their opinion is better than anyone elses too.

If you really do have a genius level IQ, you should find better things to do with it than post on some forum on the internet. Oh, and you should learn that "I" is always written with a capital letter in English.

However... i am right in my analysis. The Retakers are a minority, and they are gaming the system.

Speaking of analysis, does it also count people who own more than just one game of me3? after all analysis is parts of statistics.  From what I can see you might be looking at units sold vs people who had made themselfs know like any regular person who gets his hands on the numbers.    But if you want to actually give a right response you have to do the following.

1. Know your units sold
2. Do your homework!!
    - This includes the current number of actual customers (Remember people just like me own 3 copies and they are all under my name.  Others might buy one for themselfs and then buy one more to given them as gifts)

As "smart" person you should know this.  You can't tell people you are right because you are not until you show hard core data.

Please, i'm not an amateur.

I'm looking at achievement / trophy figures, which gives a more accurate depiction of the number of people that have played and actually finished the game than sales figures.

Ah sadly, you assume that all who have completed would come into the forum, whether to be a lurker, a pro ender or a anti ender. The amount of retakers are only the sample size of this forum. Name me one game where EVERYONE who bought the game can be found in their forum. And even in this forum, we have lurkers who are neutral, can you even count the number of neutrals? And I count them as neutral, though a recent post asking them to come out says otherwise.

The point is, you do no have sufficient evidence nor statistic to say who is the minority. All you have are assumptions.

Great, would you be willing to make a comprehensive post on the subject? I'm honestly interested, but so far it's all just talk.

So- given how passionately involved you were in the whole Femshep thing, can we assume you dress up as her too when you're playing ME?

Not that there's anything wrong with that, mind DON'T REPORT ME BRO

The title says "CNET Mass Effect Poll".
How does that mobilize anyone, it didn't even state it was an ending related poll.

I prefer the way a smaller i looks, so use lower case when referring to myself. Unless starting a sentence, of course. Some things are sacrosanct.

This is a joke..... I hope.

Because otherwise it'd be suspiciously similar to the ME3 ending otherwise.

Out of curiosity, Valentin - wouldn't this SS thing land you in a bit of a pickle for your job at the embassy, given how sensitive Russia is about it's history? I remember in the PRC there was a ruckus over some donkey meat butchers getting into trouble for dressing up as Japanese soldiers to promote their product. I can't imagine the storm that would brew over a government worker doing in the same position.

Doesn't seem like the smartest thing to go running about advertising around the internet, what.

Guys, let's just let blacqout trololol by himself. Fact is we have "genius level" IQ's on both sides of this thing. There are clearly a metric ***ton of people unhappy with the ending to the game, as evidenced by the fb and the polls and the Amazon ratings, and also the fact that Bioware is actually having to issue PR statements about the ending at all. We all know it; that's why we're here.

If this guy wants to wander around these threads making snide comments about how we're the "minority", he's welcome to his opinion. His single, solitary opinion. ;)  Insulting him or engaging him at all won't change that opinion. Don't feed the trolls.
