I bought the edition on PC and all features have been
working fine up until now. It tells me I have to 'Redeem/Purchase an
Online Pass' when I launch the game, and when I click on the button it
tells me the same thing. I've taken numerous steps to fix this issue. Please help me .
Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь) охота в мульт поиграть) за 4 дня уже соскучился)

Same problem and have wasted 2 hours of my life with EA support, needless to say they've absolutely no clue...
Every possible attempts have been exploited and attempted as well.

I am afraid that this is something you'll have to solve with EA support. Online chat with some from tech. support would be probably the fastest way to solve problem.

In my case they did say they bump it up the food chain because this is complex...
But no harm to raise it here too, for one to alert BioWare this is something ongoing, and to other victims that they can rely around...

Well, the least the BioWare could do is to tell us at least a bit of work in progress, right?
Yet there's only dead silent...

It seems so and there's no help or fix given.... at least by Bioware...so far.

I have the downloaded N7 version on PC and I've been getting this message for a while. When I click on ok it still takes me to multiplayer. for this and other PC connection issues this is what customer service told me to do (made things a little better but not much)
"I understand your curiosity to play Mass Effect 3, I assure you my support to get this error resolved. I have reviewed your Email and I understand that you are unable to play the game due to freezing. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
Firstly, we would be deleting the Temporary files and then end the Background tasks. To do so, I have listed some steps below.
To Delete Temporary Files so that the file conflict can be prevented, please empty your Temp folder by:
1. Double click on "My Computer"
2. Double click on the C: drive
3. Double click on the "Windows" folder.
4. Double click on the "Temp" folder.
5. Hold the "CTRL" key and tap the "A" key to select all.
6. Tap the "Delete" key on your keyboard and accept the "Are you sure you want to delete these files" prompt.
Secondly, please end all background tasks to prevent conflicts with other programs. Please follow the steps on ending background tasks:
1. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time
2. Click the "Processes" tab.
3. Click on the gray bar in the middle column that says User Name to sort by user name.
4. Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE.
5. Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this User Name or other user names.
6. Click on END PROCESS
7. Repeat these steps until only explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe are open for this user profile.
In most cases, the steps above should resolve this error. However, certain exceptions cannot be ruled out. In that case, please send us the dxdiag.exe Report for further review. Please refer below for sending us the DXDIAG information of your system:
1 - Hold the Windows key + R and type dxdiag into the Run box, then hit Enter or click OK.
2 - If a dialog box comes up, click Yes.
3 - If there is a Run 64-bit DXDiag button next to the Help button, click it.
4 -When the progress bar in the lower right corner of the program is done, click the Save All Information button.
5 -Save the information to the computer’s Desktop so it can be easily found.
Once the report is received, we would review your system's compatibility with the game files.
Electronic Arts values your affiliation and looks forward to hear from you. Also, in case of any help, please get in touch with us anytime. Alternatively, please visit our extensive knowledge base online: http://help.ea.com/.

I also have this problem now. My game's main menu looks similar to the demo's, with the exception of an added "Resume" button, something that the demo lacks due to the lack of a save feature. It was literally working about half an hour ago.
