The most emotional line for me wasn't in my playthrough.

I warned Wrex and Eve about the Dalatrass plans.

It was Mordin, bursting with emotion shouting I MADE A MISTAKE.
That for me, was the most powerful sentence.

On the normandy shep asks Moridin what he'll do when everything is done. Moridin says something about finding a beach and collecting sea shells. Shep says "you'll get bored", moridin smiles and says "maybe run tests on seashells".

On Tuchanka as he gets in the elevator to release the cure (and die in the process) he sighs and says "would have liked to run tests on seashells".

Especially when he's singing at the end..... I almost lost it.

That's the zinger of the game for me... On the paragon side, Mordin is at peace with himself because Shepard supports what he is doing. On the renegade side, though, Mordin finally has to take a stand against Shepard as well as himself. Mordin, who never refers to himself in the first person, and never makes an error, finally admits to himself that he screwed up big time. This one line brings his character arc to a terrible, tragic finish personally, but finally lets him atone for everything that he's done to the krogan as a species.

Fantastic moment in the entire trilogy for me.

Technically not a line,but the sound of Tali crying when the Quarian fleet was destroyed was really sad...
