Also, the pure renegade ending of Mordin is the most brutal, heart wrenching scene. Him crawling along the floor, trying to fight to stay alive and still cure the genophage... ugh.
I'm going to have to do this because my playthrough I did not have Wrex and did not save Maelon's genophage data. Which makes Wreave be the head Krogan and "Eve" dies. I had the red option to persuade Mordin not to fix the tower but still pretend to cure genophage. He never goes into the tower but send elevator up empty. He then goes to work on Crucible.
Thane's scene was very emotional as well as the part where you have to kill Legion.

Also if you destroy the geth and Legion gets killed, saying its final words to Tali: "Does this unit has..." - "Yes, It does."

"Legion, the answer to your question? It was yes."
"I know. But thank you."
GOD, LEGION, WHY?
That entire final conversation with Kaidan... Just...

I also liked the confrontation with EDI at the end..."are you Afraid!? ...that is not what I asked, are you afraid?" Put to point emotions swirling behind all the data processing she did.

It was like an emotional punch to the gut.
And of course for the romanced Femshep
"Goodbye Thane. Meet you across the sea."

It wasn't just one line for me. That whole dialogue between Shepard and Garrus at the end of the game was just it for me. I bottled it up pretty good with Mordin, Legion, and Thane, but their conversation, two war buddies that have been through hell and back together... it all just came out at that one time.

Oh yeah. Holy smokes did Garrus have my welling up.
