All the lines surrounding Mordin, Thane, and especially Legion's deaths.

All the goodbyes in London. Some more than others, but all were great.

I think it's the line where Thane's son says that the prayer was for you. That was so freakin'... man... just hit me where it matters. It made my lip quiver, dude. It's like... man... I've killed so many people, made a lot of decisions that weren't necessarily for the best, and Thane knows it but still stuck by me to the end. Now, here at the end of his life, he chose to spend his last moments asking forgiveness for MY sins. That's powerful, no matter how you look at it.

Though Garrus and Tali are my two most favorite characters... basically any touching line they had to say pulled on all the right heartstrings.

Also, almost all of Mordin's lines leading up to his death, along with his singing.

Great. I consider that line to be the highlight of the entire series, so in a perfect playthrough I would like to have that moment, but still cure the genophage and have Mordin sacrifice himself. Glad there is a chance to do that

I think it's funny that there's THREE ways this line can be delivered.

Bitter sweet, heroic sacrifice
Defiantly, as Shepard points his gun at Mordin's back
Or from Shepard, after you convince Mordin to leave and work on The Crucible. 

Each one of them is great.

That entire scene is emotionally charged and regardless of what option you pick incredibly well crafted. It out of everything in the game has a chance of being to this generation of gamers what Aeris dying was to mine.
